First the staff are very welcoming on your entry to the clinic my past experience at other vets has not been .
The way the nurses and vet’s have treated my young pups has been perfect .
What I pay for both in the pet club is extremely reasonable in fact I think very good value
I would like to say well done to all staff

Excellent, Spreads the cost of worming, vaccines etc so my dog never has to miss out. Also lots of other bonuses like 10% off, Also get a monthly mag that is full of help and fun

Five star service, happy with the care my cockapoo puppy. Staff at Park Avenue are lovely. Visit today Marske vet 6 month health check. Nurse gentle and professional with my puppy.

Just a simple issue of sorting out tablets for our pup but it was handled helpfully and politely

It was nice to have to discount on the neutering operation amd not to have to worry about finding the right flea and worm medicine.

I have been a member since at least February 2022, and in that time I have never had a reminder of any appointments or for any worming or flea treatments for a vaccination of Kanga due back in April.
I have mentioned this to the receptionists at the practice and they have said they are not able to press that button of me to get the reminders, however it appears that I am not the only one!

To be honest when it was first suggested that I look into this for Boris, my little dog, I thought it was going to be a lot of hype. I was wrong, it's cost effective and gives me peace of mind knowing Boris gets regular checkups. The flea products and discounted vaccinations are well worth having.

Pet club is amazing. So lovely to receive the benefit s and monthly magazine with all the lovely pictures of people s pets 🥰

The website is very easily accessible and not to difficult to navigate when trying to find things.
I loved the day in the life as a vet and would love to see more of these and maybe a newsletter or similar on how to become a veterinary surgeon.

The healthy pet club the best thing I joined for my new puppy when I have been unable to get my puppy wormed ect I know that healthy pet club help with all these areas deal off and paying each month means when we are short but need injections worming flea treatment we can it’s free because it paid in the cast so less stress

Plenty of regular newsletters without wasting postage on sending in the mail! always upbeat and lots of lovely animal pics and stories.

Very happy and enjoy the news letters also took advantage of discount when dogs needed some of his teeth needed removing.
Had to ring when one of my dogs passed away and the lady was lovely
