I feel very lucky to have met Nicola, she has been the agent for the vendor I bought the house from and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.
This was a completely new experience for me and from the first contact to the house purchase completion she was truly amazing, answering all my questions, explaining each process as we went along, so easy to communicate with and so flexible. We cannot speak highly enough of the service Nicola showed us. Nicola was our vendors estate agents and therefore was nothing to do with us really. However, having said that, Nicola set up a WhatsApp group with us and kept us fully informed of what was happening, or what was not happening, in the the case of our estate agents. Nicola was always chasing people for this and that, and always got things sorted. All in all, she did far more than she needed to (for us anyway) and our appreciation of this is immense. We would not hesitate to recommend her service as we found it to be second to none. A lovely lady, with a great knowledge of what needs doing, and indeed, gets it done! The initial estate agents over valued are home and the photos and narrative did not really show our home in a good light!

Not very good

The purchase of our property wasn’t the easiest due to the sellers incompetent solicitor however Lauren made the whole experience so much easier as she was always ready to assist whenever a problem arose and in my opinion she went above and beyond that which was required of her to help us. Lauren is very experienced, professional and good at what she does, she is friendly and she really made the the whole process far easier to deal with and without her help I’m not sure the sale would have gone through. Thanks for all your Hard work Lauren you were a pleasure to deal with.

We had an excellent experience with the Home Movement - from visiting our new place for the first time - to collecting the keys. I’d had a bad experience with my first estate agent, who over valued my property and then gave months of poor service. Lauren from The Home Movement came to my rescue! She sorted out a fantastic property description and photography and within days had booked numerous viewings, the second of which subsequently put in an offer. She kept me well informed at every step, went above and beyond and was always easy to contact. My 110% recommendation to go with this courteous, kind, professional lady when you want to sell or buy a house.

Lauren is a force of nature! Nothing is too much trouble for her and she will answer your email, text, phone call any time. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, discreet. It's so much easier dealing with a single person whose mobile number you have than ringing an office and somebody taking a message and then nobody ringing you back. I actually don't know why anybody would use anybody else other than Lauren! Do yourself a favour and just sell your house with Lauren Power at The Home Movement.
