I was nervous to choose The Home Movement over some of the more established players in our area, but it was definitely the right decision. Lauren was so personally invested in our move, working so hard to stage the photographs beautifully, provide feedback on viewings and - most significantly - she has been SO responsive whenever we have needed her (to the point of showing up other agents we have had to deal with for our subsequent purchase). You can always get hold of her which has just been so much a welcome relief. I would absolutely recommend 100% - she’s been superb. Thank you Lauren!!

I could not agree more with the 5 stars reviews below.
As a professional, I was dreading selling my house and only being able to contact estate agents during work hours Monday - Friday which just is not doable for some people, myself included. I knew I needed an estate agent who would contact me outside 9-5 but also who was willing arrange viewing for buyers outside 9-5.

I was so impressed with Lauren from the start, so transparent and willing to explain anything I didn't understand which as a first time sellers was invaluable.
All viewing were conducted in a respectful manner, no mucky shoes on carpets etc etc. I was updated by phone straight after every one. Her instincts were right and in just 2 viewings I had an asking price offer.

Good and regular communication continued throughout the process with second viewings and viewings for quotes arranged around me and with little to no disruption. She helped negotiate in my favour following the survey, offered much needed advise on how to handle this.
She was calming when it all got a bit stressful (nothing caused by her) and very useful when the solicitors weren't!

I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren. She is setting a new industry expectation which is fantastic for anyone with a demanding job or in fact anyone who wants a minimal stress moving experience.

This was the first time I had been in the position of looking to sell a property and was finding the thought of the process a bit daunting. From the moment Lauren visited my property, I was put at ease. She explained the whole process, answered all my questions and put no pressure on me to make any decisions. Once I had decided to go ahead and put my house on the market, she sprang into action and had the photos taken and my house on the market within three days.
