We had our tub delivered on a boiling hot bank holiday Monday by Chopi and Tim, our access to the tubs final location wasn’t straight forward but from the get go they just got on with it, no issues, no moans just 2 lads doing a great job with a solution for any issue. Couldn’t praise them enough for their professionalism and work ethic

We purchased our hot tub nearly two years ago.
Having upgraded from a lazy Spa we have never looked back with our purchase.
Living in East Sussex one question we wanted reassurance on was if we had any issues then would help be available.
Recently we had to make contact as we were having issues with the pump.
Damien was totally reassuring in explaining how the call out process works and after hearing the pump noise through a WhatsApp recording confirmed quickly that the pump sounded as if it was failing.
Under warranty we were covered and we were very happy to pay for the call-out as we could totally appreciate the time, distance the engineer would need.
We were booked in to fit in with our days off on the next South trip.
We were informed of a time slot, and Paul the engineer arrived well within that time.
He quickly established the pump would need to be replaced, and quickly and efficiently commenced the work. Paul also helped us with positioning of the tub and recapping on the control panel functions which was so helpful.
We can’t thank him enough for his time, enthusiasm, help and professionalism.

I just wanted to take the time to say that I'm finding it rarer and rarer in the UK to find quality customer service. From purchasing my hot tub, the competitive prices, including products and ongoing customer service with this customer is second to none. I have just had a minor issue but getting it resolved was absolutely brilliant again. Please keep this up, diamond company. Right from the start the company comes across as professional competent and knowledgeable. The installation was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys installing it were thorough and professional. A big thanks to Ross for making sure we got it in time for Easter and our first booking in the newly refurbished holiday lodge.

To say the instalation of our new hot tub was fantastic would be an understatement. The two guys could not do enough for us. They were thorough, and extemely careful so not to cause damage to our neighbours garden while moving the hot tub over a dividing wall. The positioning of the tub was selected to cater for our disabilities, as well as to maximise our enjoyment. The explanation of the hot tub features was detailed and demonstrated. Removal of boxes, wrappings and even the old tub was exceptional, leaving our garden cleaner than when they started. Absolutely fantastic service, and yes happy to recomend this company to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

I forgot to do a review of this company until it came on a email , from the delivery was a complete shambles I watched the guy drop it and I said you dropped it he replied it’s ok it’s on foam and was dropped high , they filled with water removed the panel and messed around with something then it worked but was loud they came back a few days later and changed something on the pump it motor obviously from being dropped they sorted it out the panel back on and left the fitted didn’t put all the screws in properly and our dog ran passed and caught the screw sticking out , after we contacted again we was offered a free tub of chlorine or similar lol , the tub was good and ran for 5 years before we moved , but the service and fitters , JOKE,

Decided on The Hot Tub Superstore, due to two recommendations from work colleagues, no hard sell, but ready for any questions you may have. All required documentation including operating / care instructions emailed before I got home from the store. Delivery was going to be 6 weeks, turned out to be 3 😁.. excellent communication, always returning emails with a phone call. Installation quick and to plan insuring Tub was correctly orientated, install team very knowledgeable and went through setup, running and cleaning of tub prior to leaving. A great team that I have no issue in recommending to anyone wanting to delve into the relaxation of spa life.

Faultless service from Ross and the team. Plenty of non pushy info to help me decide what hot tub was right for me. Delivery lads were great too, setting everything up and talking me through being a Master Spa owner. I've already called in for some advice and aftersales service is looking as good 👍.

It was time for a up grade so as I had fantastic service from hot tub supper store 10 years ago and complete customer satisfaction it was time to revisit
I had incredible service from Dean who done videos of each of the tubs I was interested in , no sales pressure and completely new the products given us direction were needed.
Arrived in the time slot on day booked, by the most helpful fitters, who were very helpful and explained the workings of the new tub and give 100% customer service . This is why we used them again as got to be the best Hottub suppliers in the country

Running a small holiday rental business, a key attraction we offer is private hot tubs for each property. It's crucial for us to swiftly address any issues with these tubs by getting timely advice and parts. Hence, I'm sharing this review to express my appreciation. For about nine years, we've been in contact with the Blackpool team. Recently, we encountered a problem, and their free, friendly advice, coupled with the quick delivery of the necessary part, enabled me to fix the hot tub without having to cancel any reservations.

We did a lot of research before we went to the showroom. Ross and the team were really helpful and friendly, answering all our rookie questions and keeping us updated with delivery dates.
The installation went without a hitch, very professional and helpful, staying until the tub was fully set up and explained. A great experience all round.

We were looking for a home sauna but hardly anyone has a showroom, something you just need to see in the flesh. So glad that the hut tub superstore had a selection of saunas to view

We have a small holiday let business and one of our main selling points is that each let has its own private hot tub so it is essential that if we have an issue with one of our tubs we know we can access advice and when necessary parts quickly
This is the reason I am writing this review
We have had dealings with the team in Blackpool for some nine years and when we recently had a problem the advice was free and friendly and the appropriate part was delivered asap meaning I was able to repair the hot tub without us having to cancel any bookings

Just a few but very grateful words on how the guys ( choppy & Nino ) handled the delivery, & installation, 1st class from the time they arrived until they left , nothing to much bother and a pleasure to of met them , the long journey from Blackpool to Weymouth must of been tiresome in the 1st place , thanks again 👍🏻

On my 3rd hottub now from Superstore and would never go anywhere else….my new Legend 7 is amazing!! Ross & Damien very knowledgeable and great friendly no pressure advise. Phil & Dave(Choppy) great job installing and not easy hoisting over my fence to get in garden! Again very skilled, friendly and very polite. I bought my hot tub from the superstore six years ago. A Master Spa Evo 2. It has been faultless. I recently decided to book an MOT for the tub along with purchasing several new parts. Cover,Cover Lifter, New pillows and lastly a new heating element as it was begininng to look a little tired. I would like to give high praise to Nino and his colleague Damien who I believe had only the previous day joined the company. They were polite, helpful,tidy and a credit to your operation. They did not leave my property until the job was complete it was infact nearly dark when they left. Great customer service. The back office team delivered equally as good a service. Nothing was too much trouble.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless I am unhappy either with the product or service however, felt I needed to this time.
I am a returning customer to this company having bought a hot tub 10 years ago from them and loved their professionalism and aftercare.
My hot tub arrived today the guys took my old one away all the packaging and set the hot tub up and before going ran through how it all worked.
I would never go anywhere else not only did I find them very competitive with their prices but love their customer Service Ross even sent me a video of the one I had chosen.

Bought a tub from this company 9 years ago, I needed a couple of seals sorting so opted for their MOT service as she has not had one in all that time. Was chuffed how quick they sent Paul down who did an amazing job. So very polite, thorough, and tidy. Absolutely loved the guy. Even gave us some invaluable tips on caring for the tub further. Highly recommend this company and after service. Glad we chose Hot Tub Superstore!

From walking in to the showroom to delivery and installation, our experience was fantastic.
The installation guys Darren and Choppy (Dave) are just awesome. So organised and polite. Very tidy and great information on keeping a healthy tub.
