I don’t normally leave reviews unless I am unhappy either with the product or service however, felt I needed to this time.
I am a returning customer to this company having bought a hot tub 10 years ago from them and loved their professionalism and aftercare.
My hot tub arrived today the guys took my old one away all the packaging and set the hot tub up and before going ran through how it all worked.
I would never go anywhere else not only did I find them very competitive with their prices but love their customer Service Ross even sent me a video of the one I had chosen.
Thankyou so much team I would highly recommend you, if I could have given you 10 stars I would have 🤣

Bought a tub from this company 9 years ago, I needed a couple of seals sorting so opted for their MOT service as she has not had one in all that time. Was chuffed how quick they sent Paul down who did an amazing job. So very polite, thorough, and tidy. Absolutely loved the guy. Even gave us some invaluable tips on caring for the tub further. Highly recommend this company and after service. Glad we chose Hot Tub Superstore!

From walking in to the showroom to delivery and installation, our experience was fantastic.
The installation guys Darren and Choppy (Dave) are just awesome. So organised and polite. Very tidy and great information on keeping a healthy tub.

From visiting store to after sales the whole experience of purchasing our first hot tub was relaxed and very informative everything explained about various hot tubs with no pressure to purchase.

The team at Hot Tub Superstore are fantastic. Ross is the go to guy for the best advice, very professional, but above all will advise you what’s best for you - no heavy sell. We bought a MasterSpa Challenger 15 from him. It was a bit complex since we live in the IOM. So installation was arranged and everyone did a fantastic job on time. Aftercare is second to none.
Definitely they deserve 5 Star Plus.

Master Spas are genuinely brilliant. However, the customer service really let the experience down.

That said, the customer service initially left a lot to be desired. Getting through on the phone was incredibly difficult, and when I did, I was promised a callback to help purchase additional parts, which never came. Our original tub arrived damaged, and we were only informed the day before delivery. I also believed I was buying the latest model, only to later find out (again, due to the damage) that I’d been sold a version from the previous year (lessons learned on both sides).

To their credit, the company did eventually put things right and resolved the issues, and I genuinely appreciate that. While the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued at times, it’s clear they were ultimately committed to making it right.

In summary: the product is fantastic, and while the service fell short early on, it did improve in the end.

Very impressed with this place and its staff ever since I bought my hot tub 8yrs ago. Excellent choice of hot tubs and staff always happy to help and very knowledgeable with any technical queries. Special thanks recently to Boz who was very helpful guiding me through changing my failing circulation pump. Cheers.

Just purchased a legend 6 what can I say it’s brilliant we have it fitted on our decking on our lodge it’s perfect. The service we had from start to finish was first class and I thank Ross and dean and the installation team. A special thank you to dean for the tuition and knowledge he shared with us and said we are here any time on the end of the line option 2 ,thank you.

Ordered the Legend 6 based on great feedback from my father-in-law who has had two previous hot-tubs from the hot tub superstore. I dealt with Ross who was very informative and was able to answer any questions and troubleshoot any challenges I had about where the hot tub could be located. On delivery the team was fantastic and took lots of care and time getting the whole thing set up and explaining how to look after the tub moving forwards. We were able to use the hot tub for the first time last night and couldn’t be happier!

New tub installed today by Paul and Choppy from Hot Tub Superstore Blackpool.Excellent service from start to finish. The boys were friendly, polite and very knowledgable. This is my second tub as decided to upgrade after ten years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. From customer service on the phone to installation, cannot fault them. Very rare in this day and age. We ordered a mid-range hot tub from these guys a week ago and couldn’t be happier! We live in Bournemouth, so we’re not exactly around the corner — which made it all the more impressive when they arrived just a few days later to install it.

Today we met our fitters, Nino and Darren, who are two of the loveliest, friendliest, and most professional people you could hope to meet. They explained everything clearly in a non-jargon manner and treated our home and facilities with absolute respect — such a rarity these days.

Buy from this place! They know what they're doing.
Bought a legend 7 from HTSS after signing up for a cheaper Chinese import previously, then having second thoughts. The Legend 7 is a US quality machine and it's superb, really powerful jets, a 6 seater (including a lounger) and a seat with powerful shoulder jets. Easily as good as anything you'll sit in at Spa and very simple to operate using a nice LED touchscreen on the side. The sound system is excellent for a pre-installed one, so no worries about having to take your Sonos out or anything like that as it has two speakers and a subwoofer. Ross sent me a personalised video via whatsapp giving a tour of the hot tub and telling me about the features which are interesting, explained for about 30 minutes why these tubs were superior and sorted out a really good deal for payment up front. Was very difficult not to buy from them as you tend to buy from people you trust and who you can work with. Hot tub was installed within 2 hours after a HIAB hoisted it over the fence with minimal drama. 100% recommend. Nino and his colleague were exceptionally professional and reassuring - we even compared our strange musical interests including "Bewitched" - C'est la Vie :) :) :) Seriously, very happy with my purchase and would recommend and buy again one day.

Installation by Nino and team today, Exceptional job, can't fault it. Hot tub looks great in position.

Last 12 years old serviced ect by the company. Always polite,approachable and helpful from receptionist to sales ,engineers .No pressure to buy and accommodated within my budget.

Purchased a hot tub. Great service and product

Install no 2 what a great company same as 12 years ago! Ross gives the company a great personal touch and is great to deal with.
Nothing is too much trouble for the installers.
Everything was left neat and tidy great demo and advice given.
One filter was damaged got a new one the next day, a text saying replacement is on way!
You can’t get betting service than that!
See you in 12 years time for the text install lol.

We, and our parents have used HTSS before. Our latest experience was the same 100% dedicated staff, from sales to install to technical. I would never buy a tub from anywhere else. Very good communication with regards to delivery, and power requirements. Lads showed up on time, installed exactly where we wanted it. Ross was excellent and allowed us to upgrade the steps for minimal cost, and made sure they came with the tub. Slight issue with a faulty topside, which is no fault of htss, but this was fixed in literally 2 hours as their main technical engineer came out to swap it, on NEW YEARS EVE. OK, I'm not far from their base, but even still, that certainly goes over and above. Thank you Guy.

Master Spa are great tubs, but you need the support, and that's why I now have had 3 tubs through htss
