We recently purchased a Master Spa Legend 6 hot tub from the Hot Tub Superstore and their service from start to finish was excellent. All of our dealings were by phone but Ross gave great advice on the best tub for our needs, we have owned a hot tub for the last 11 years but the new one feels like a huge upgrade. We never felt pressured in any way to commit to buying and weren't even asked for a deposit.
As with our previous tub we needed a crane to lift it in, we contacted a local company and got a good price but the Superstore sorted out the delivery time with them which was great. The operation went like clockwork and the guys setting up the tub were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. All in all a great company to deal with. Mark and Jane Wirral.

They made my purchase extremely easy both for purchasing the tub and from then onwards to buy my chemicals.
Their after sales care is equally as good as they have been there to offer guidance and assistance whenever I have needed it.

All the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. They handled my enquiry superbly and dispatched the new cover the next day. The delivery guy, Paul, also spent some time advising me on the hot tub that we had inherited with the house purchase. All in all very happy to recommend them based on my epxerience.

Pleased with the part exchange and then purchase of the new spa. Two guys removed the old spa and fitted the new one, very pleased with their work.
Once spa was fully fitted, I did ask for some information, which was promised and never arrived. So disappointed in the after sale service.

I was recommended to buy from hottubsuperstore and I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received. The installation was hassle free and they even manouvered it through a narrow passageway into our backgarden. The information provided during set-up was comprehensive and the videos to help guide us through aftercare, were informative about our particular tub. I couldn't be more complementary.

I have just been on Google news and have been reading about Matthew Perry's death after drowning in his hot tub at his home in Los Angeles as I scrolled down to the very next topic underneath the poor man's death is an advertisement for your "on sale hot tubs" !!!
I REALLY can't believe how tasteless and disrespectful I find this way that you chose to promote the very thing that this very talented human being the last place he drew breath is basically your companies "GOLDEN TICKET" for OBVIOUSLY very much needed sales. Have you no respect for basic humanity? Or would your company do anything to sell a hot tub?? WAOH you really couldn't give whoever gave the go ahead in your company a Brass Neck with a Blow Torch. The team could not do more for us and helped us from advice on our purchase right up to keeping us informed of expected delivery and the actual delivery and fitting. They were very accommodating with our delivery date choice. Lovely showroom with professional advice.

Despite the atrocious weather when the service was done he worked through it efficiently and cleaned up afterwards.
