Fantastic service from start to finish. Rachel was super efficient and knew her stuff. No pushy sales techniques just good information. Ordered a new tub on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday ! Nino and Darren were very helpful and friendly. Nino certainly knows what heâs doing and we were up and running in no time. Good instructions on how to use and maintain the tub. Great service and really happy. Thank you

Hot tub superstore always give fantastic customer service and weâve been so happy with their products and advice over the years, but theyâve gone above and beyond today. Paul advised on what was required to get our swim spa back to its usual sparkling best and he and Nino worked so hard today ensuring everything was spot on by the end of their visit. They even went the extra mile to shift the pool for us to allow room for scaffolding we need on the house. And as well as working so hard, they are so knowledgeable, helpful and very nice too! Horrendous Disappointing Experience
1st time customer & recommended from a friend.
I opened the item & it was totally wrong!!
You can clearly see the difference from what they advertised on their website & what they sent me!!
I emailed them saying your advertising an item but sent out a cheap nasty version which RRP 1/3rd of what I paid...the reply is they do not stock what they advertise only what I received...!
I returned the item & got a refund over two weeks later
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I can see you ordered a childâs swimming fin from our online shop. I do understand the product we sent did vary from the image shown online â this was actually down to a supplier discrepancy. I do apologise for the inconvenience. You requested a refund and team member, Wesley, offered various return options.
Following an email exchange the item was returned â the payment was covered by The Hot Tub Superstore to mitigate any financial loss to you â and a full refund of £27.99 has been processed. I do apologise for the short delay in the refund reaching your account: we naturally have to wait for the item to be returned and we have experienced a bank holiday in the interim period.
We have been, and remain, at the end of a phone call or email throughout, should you have required any additional updates.
I do feel that, as a team, we have acted professionally and communicated this process thoroughly throughout. However, I would like to add my apologies if you feel that we did not live up to your expectations, on this occasion.
