The House Inspector Ltd レビュー

The House Inspector came highly recommended for our snagging needs and we must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pete's professionalism, friendliness, and approachability truly set him apart. From the moment he arrived at our new home, his keen eye for detail was evident and his extensive valuable knowledge was second to none. He quickly identified areas needing attention, and the prompt action taken by the development site management team on the day added instant value to our property before he had even started the full investigation. The report is fantastic, areas of concern with recommendations all detailed with photos, this just takes the additional stress away from an already stressful time and gives you the confidence everything been thorough looked at in your new home . We couldn't be more pleased with the service and highly recommend for anyone in need of a thorough and reliable snagging service.
Thank you.

Pete was fantastic from start to finish. Before the inspection, he gave me a really clear breakdown of the details and timeline of his process - it made everything easy to follow and gave me confidence from the get-go. The day before the job, he even got in touch to confirm the address and check that the inspection was still going ahead, which was a nice, professional touch.

Communication was super easy throughout. Pete was friendly, down-to-earth, and quick to reply, which made things simple and stress-free. Our arrangements needed some flexibility as the new build is far from where I currently live but he was really flexible and provided solutions to how we can make it work which made things much easier for me.

On the day, his attention to detail was spot on — he noticed things I’d never have picked up myself. He walked me through his key findings there and then, explaining everything clearly, and just a few hours after he’d finished, I had the full report in my inbox so I was able to update the developer on the same day. It was clear, well laid out, and included his professional take on everything.

If you want someone who’s thorough, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with, Pete’s your guy.

Pete is highly experienced, meticulous, and professional. From the very first contact, he has been very responsive to my enquiries/ questions. Quick to schedule and available to snag within a short time. Provided his thoughts on the property condition immediately upon completion of snagging and produced a detailed report in ~24 hours. Absolutely confident using him again or referring to others.

If you know anyone needing a house inspection Pete is your man 👍
I have worked as an External Quality Auditor over the years and I would never have picked up the range of issues Pete found at our new property. The subsequent report was extensive and provided far more meaningful detail, and cost less, than the Level 2 Survey we had performed at our last purchase.
We got a nice bottle of wine from him as well as a house warming gift 🍷

Professional service, fantastic communication. Report provided same day in thorough detail with overview page. Pete has great knowledge and is able to highlight all issues from minor to problematic, things I never would have noticed as a first time buyer. Definitely recommend!

Detailed and thorough snagging report on our new build house (which took 6 hours). Report was provided with detailed notes/photos the same day as the visit.

I highly recommend Pete to anyone seeking a reliable and professional building inspector. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the final report, he demonstrated a consistently high level of professionalism. He responded to questions promptly, explained technical details clearly, and approached the inspection with thoroughness and precision. His attention to detail and rigorous work ethic were evident throughout the process. The entire experience—from email communication to the completion of the inspection—was seamless. Pete was also approachable and willing to discuss professional insights in a clear and engaging manner. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I had Pete conduct a snagging survey for a new 4-bedroom property, and I was very impressed with the service. He spent over 6 hours on-site, carefully going through every detail.

The report was clear and comprehensive, not only identifying defects but also raising valid points about the quality and execution of certain installations – such as the positioning of facilities. It was reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable and confident in highlighting things that might otherwise be overlooked.

The summary to the developer was also handled professionally and clearly. All in all, a very solid experience – I’d happily recommend.

Everyone needs a Pete in their lives… I was always unsure about buying a new built but Pete was a massive help when he come to do our inspection and we are greatful for everything he come across and more! Thanks again Pete!

Pete was absolutely amazing. Very professional and comprehensive service. Would definitely recommend.

Pete was amazing! He was very friendly throughout the inspection and paid attention to every last detail. When we had issues sending the report to our developer he managed to change the file type so we could easily email it to them.

When I enquired about organising the inspection the response was very quick and promptly booked in. The communication post inspection to make sure the handover to the developer went well, was so supportive!

We used House Inspector Ltd for a snagging survey on our new-build house. The surveyor arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what to look for. The final report was detailed, with annotated photos and a clear priority system. It helped us get many issues resolved. Pete does a wonderful job and we took his snagging service twice so far

From initial conversation/booking to the inspection itself, cannot recommend The House Inspector highly enough. Pete was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. All the findings were presented in an excellent and clear format.
We were very impressed. Many thanks Pete.

Peter is really reliable and did an amazing job.
It was indicated by friends who also loved.
He also accomodated his time to be able to collect the keys on OOO hours.

100% recommended.

Pete was thorough in his inspection and provided an emailed list with photo & description of each item raised. He found lots of things we had not spotted.

Pete did a very thorough inspection of our new build and found a few issues that we never would have caught ourselves. Absolutely worth it.

I highly recommend Pete (from The House Inspector) for a thorough and professional snagging inspection. He was incredibly helpful from the start, flexible with scheduling and his inspection was meticulous, covering both exterior and interior with detailed photos and a clear report.

Pete was also very responsive when I had trouble downloading the report. What impressed me most was his willingness to offer further advice even after the snagging, demonstrating his commitment to excellent service.

Thanks to Pete's expertise, I feel much more confident moving forward. For anyone reading this, this was a great experience and fantastic service. I highly recommend The House Inspector - you will never be disappointed.

Very detailed and really helpful to have snagging items listed with photo for clarity. Gives you confidence to talk to the builder.

We are really pleased with our report. Pete was so thorough and careful during the inspection and the final report is brilliantly written with helpful photos throughout.
