The House Inspector Ltd レビュー

Fantastic value for money. The report from the detailed review of our new house has provided an excellent basis for the developer to resolve the issues identified .

I’m not one to leave reviews but on this occasion I felt like it is truly deserved.
Not only is Pete a really nice person but I found him to be very professional and extremely thorough with my house inspection and although I don’t like having strangers in my home, due to social anxiety and I wasn’t looking forward to someone being in my house for a few hours, I found it an absolute breeze thanks to him. So thank you Pete for doing a fantastic job and I can’t recommend you enough. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very professional, flexible and efficient. Great job, Highly recomended.

Amazing service from Mr Pete, great value for money, and a wonderful job done.

Pete was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, professional, calm, and with astonishing eye for detail.

The snag report on our 5-bed new build property contains 111 items. I think we’d have been lucky to have spotted 5 of them without Pete’s expertise.

Our home builder (who had given us just 72 hours post completion to report snags) sprung into action, arriving at the property later the same week with a printed copy of Pete’s findings, validating the vast majority of them, and started remediation work the same day.

Even though you may think your new build is perfect, dealing with Pete taught us that a) it probably isn’t, b) you have no clue what you’re missing, c) even if it is perfect, won’t it feel good to have that professional validation and peace of mind that brings?

Pete’s service is worth every penny in our opinion.

Pete helped us with a thorough inspection of our new build house. He did a really great job finding the minutest snag which we might not have found through our untrained eyes. Also, appreciate Pete's expert suggestions time to time. Highly recommended!

Pete is professional and thorough with his work, he arrived on time and sent us the report on that day itself.
Would highly recommend Pete if you need a snagging survey , advise.

Here’s a polished version:

Peter arrived at 8:00 AM and completed the entire inspection by around 2:00 PM, working diligently for six hours without a break. He was kind and professional throughout the process. The report he provided is incredibly detailed and helpful.

The whole experience of the snagging check was wonderfully efficient. Pete was great in communicating to help understand the process, the report and the findings. My neighbour recommended this service and am so glad she did. It has given us peace of mind about the property and awareness of the few issues that require fixing.

Pete is very experienced and spot out those snags that would go unnoticed without architectural expertise. The report is very clear and detailed.

Pete was prompt, professional and thorough. Snags we would have never of noticed were discovered and highlighted. Report was received the same day as the site visit. Exceptional service and would certainly use Pete’s services again in the future if required. No hesitation to recommend to others requiring snagging inspections.

Pete from The House Inspector is firstly a really nice guy but not only that from the very start of enquiry extremely professional. He keeps you informed every step of the way and explains his report in layman's terms and stops you worrying by highlighting the most important areas. His report is clearly written with photos and has made it an easy process to pass onto the developers. I would recommend him and his service to anyone and he is worth every penny.

Knowledgeable & perfectly pedantic.
Very quick response in the form of the report & advice as to how to proceed

Pete was very prompt in all aspects of the job: booking, appointment and report. Professional and friendly, we were really impressed with the care he puts in the job. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking to get a snagging survey done.

Amazing communication throughout and a thorough, professional and knowledgeable service - has given us complete peace of mind!

Great experience for our home survey. He is very diligent and thorough with the survey, going the extra step to ensure he provided details and that we understood each item. Extremely courteous throughout the whole process. Have recommended to my neighbours and would do again!

Pete was brilliant, really informative, helpful and responsive when enquiring about snagging. He arrived promptly on the day and was very thorough. He was friendly, polite, and respectful of our new home. His report was comprehensive and the overview he provided for clarity was so helpful and reassuring. We are very pleased we booked The House Inspector and would definitely recommend him!
