I attended the Exceptional Assistance course today ran by Heather Baker and it was absolutely brilliant. Heather brought a wealth of knowledge and experience like no other and really made a difference to the way I see myself in my role. Thank you so much!

Heather is a badass. She is really clued up and empowering. The pictures on the slides could do with an update to give it that extra element. It was such a good session and planned out really well for all types of participants- i.e. not scary for more introverted people.

This company acquires email addresses from lists or scraping websites, and sends illegal unsolicited commercial email (spam) to market their services. Thus they are a part of the ugly, annoying, infuriating section of the Internet that we must constantly fight.

I attended the in person course "Dealing with difficult people and challenging behaviour at work" which was excellent. James is a fantastic storyteller and seemed to have an answer for challenges we face everyday and I learnt a lot from the course and from the interactions with other attendees. I highly recommend this course and James as a trainer!
