The Intern Group helped me to discover new things and do things that make me uncomfortable. I was nervous coming to London, but everyone made me feel so welcomed and safe. I have gotten to see so much of London and have learned many things at my internship! Overall, an awesome experience I’ll never forget!

The organisation from the Intern Group and the experience I had was absolutely unbelievable! The accommodation was amazing in Madrid and the intern group helped me very quickly with all issues I had. Definitely would recommend!

This experience really helped me develop my social skills. During my internship here in Melbourne, I was able to enhance my journalist skills such as interviewing people and writing articles. I think calling Chayin a great coordinator is an understatement. He’s not just a fun person, but came through to help me when I had a troubling issue. Im glad to call him my friend.

My experience with the Intern Group in Madrid was amazing. I was very fortunate to have been accomodated, in an apartment as nice as the one i was provided. The Intern Group staff was always at our disposal to help us with an question or difficulty we could be experiencing. I was given an amazing company, named Adamo Robot and gained valuable Business experience from everyday interaction. All staff members were extremely friendly and i was made to feel part of the team from day one. I would recommend the Intern Group to anyone looking to gain hands-on work experience in a foreign country, guided by an excellent profesional team.

It was delightful overall to do a second Internship with The Intern Group in Madrid. They were all very kind, helpful and supportive from the first day until the end of the program. I have nothing to say but words of appreciation and gratefulness.

Interning in Bangkok through The Intern Group was an unforgettable experience. I gained real-world accounting and finance skills while exploring one of the most exciting cities in the world. The support from the program was incredible—especially Jinnie, who went above and beyond to make sure we were all settled, connected, and enjoying our time. Between the hands-on work, cultural events, and friendships made, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to grow personally and professionally.

The intern group staff in Bangkok are incredible! Throughout my 3 month long internship here they have helped me in every way possible and been so supportive and kind. They organize weekly social events so I can meet other interns and explore the city, help with any queries or translations I may need, have sorted great accommodation for me (with 24 hour security, private bathroom, huge bedroom) and really care about the students. Jinnie and Bua are super approachable and friendly if you need anything. Having the Intern Group has meant it was super easy for me to get set up in Bangkok (with the airport transfer, sim, arrival orientation and regular communication). I have made great friends and connections in the city and the intern group has been key to this :) I would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with The Intern Group. From start to finish, they were very helpful and supportive, from matching me with a great company, to guiding me through the visa process, and making sure everything went smoothly once I arrived.
The London team was especially outstanding. Peach and Kathera went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and at home. The weekly events they organized were a great way to bond with others, and they genuinely felt like friends we could rely on. Any time we had a question or issue, they were always ready to help and find solutions right away.
Thanks to them, I never felt alone here. The Intern Group created a supportive environment that made the whole experience even more memorable.

My three months in Madrid have been well spent; an invaluable experience endlessly supported by the Intern Group with housing, events and recommendations. Through the Intern Group, I was connected with an external real estate company where I interned for their business administration roles, which provided me with the skills I will definitely use in the future. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife, sightseeing and making new friendships and connections along the way. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting to see what Madrid can offer.

I keep getting emails from them offering me "Unpaid interns".

I'm a freelancer working from home, so there isn't even physical space for me to get an intern.
I worry about the fact that they have done no research about who I am or if my business is even appropriate to send someone to, but I'm already receiving potential intern profiles telling me where they study, how long they are available for and a brief bio.

Based on their unsolicited approach and to how my company would not be a place they should be sending an intern to, I would be careful with choosing them.

I would also look with a bit of skepticism at all the positive reviews from people who have a single review on trustpilot and don't mention anything specific about the actual internship.

If you just want an overpriced short holiday, this might be for you.

Edit to add information:

They said they vet the companies they send their interns two, but after two emails I didn't reply to, their next email already started with "I wanted to share an excellent candidate interested in an internship with [My company]."

How is the intern already interest in my company if they didn't even vet my company yet?

They also said they encourage companies to pay for internships, but here's is what they said on the email offering a specific intern (again, without any communication from my side):

"The expectation is that the internship would be unpaid, and there are no fees for our service. We will also provide the intern with accommodation and support"

So quite the opposite of encouraging paid internships, they are upfront saying the expectation is that I wouldn't have to pay.

I had a great experience with the intern group in Madrid.

Absolutely brilliant time in Dublin, Caitríona and Lucy were great coordinators and made the experience all the more engaging. I’d recommend an internship experience like i’ve had to anyone!

I had my internship in New York City and I had the time of my life, the internship I got assigned to was great and really taught me how to grow and proceed for the future. I also want to give a special shoutout to the individuals, (you know who you are) for bringing us out to all these different places over the weekend and making us all feel included. These past few months have been the best months I could have asked for, I highly recommend everyone to partake in the journey and make connections for life!

I had a great experience with The Intern Group in Hong Kong. The experience team was wonderful hosting fun events that I'll never forget. My favourites were day trips to Macau and Hong Kong Disneyland. Cici was also incredibly nice and easy to get in touch with about anything I needed during my time in Hong Kong. All of the other interns were kind, fun people who made the experience even more memorable. My internship company was a good match and I learned skills I know will be helpful in the future. If you want to do an internship abroad and are unsure of which company to use, I would recommend the intern group.

I enjoyed my experience with the Intership, due to the fact that I learned a few new skills that I had yet to sharpen up such as remaining disciplined and being more outreaching in terms of going for you goals. I also got to me knew folk through meetup events set up through my coordinator although I had a remote internship.

I came to London without many expectations, but apart from the great job pool offered, our coordinator Peach offered many great experiences and opportunities to meet the other interns and create real friendships outside the workplace, I recommend the experience to anyone that wants to live another culture and meet people from all around the world including interesting jobs that will help expand your resume and experience as a worker.

I had an amazing experience in Madrid, I loved my internship, got to live in the center of city, and met so many people from countries all around the world. While having the opportunity to work with kids through my internship and explore the city of Madrid were highlights of my time abroad, the excursions and events hosted by the Intern Group helped me form connections with people who shared my passion for travel, enhancing my experience beyond what I could have imagined. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in gaining internship experience in a new city or country. In my personal opinion, my internship allowed me to connect with people local to Madrid, making my experience more valuable than if I had only been taking classes.

The Intern Group was amazing and so helpful in the process of getting an internship. I interned with a podcasting company in New York City and had the best time. I learned so much during my internship and was able to enjoy the city as well. I know this will be very helpful in the future once I have graduated and will help me in my career moving forward. Everyone was so nice and helpful when you needed it. I would absolutely recommend the intern group if you are looking for an internship and a new experience at the same time.
