Criminals and frauds.

Du pur scam, tout simplement. Une honte !
Ce qui est fou c'est que le site web fonctionne toujours et qu'il y a toujours moyen de commander des lampes... Alors que sur Kickstarter c'est impossible pour la plupart d'entre nous de récupérer l'argent ou la lampe concernée...

Projet backé en 2016 sur Kickstarter. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma contrepartie et jamais aucune réponse à mes diverses demande. Un énorme scam !

I too, backed this company by purchasing 2 Lampsters on Kickstarter back in 2015. They never fulfilled the order, and instead, in 2022 (7 whole years after the KS campaign !), began asking for an additional payment to cover shipping costs. I have contacted the company several times through Facebook Messenger, asking for updates, but they are no longer responding. Kickstarter backers contributed over $1.3 million to launch this project, and only a fraction ever received their item(s). I am deeply sickened to see that company owners "Radu & Andrew" are selling their product through their website, despite scamming the crowd that supported them on Kickstarter. I, for one, have been scammed for 375 USD.

I paid in full on Kickstarter including shipping to NZ. Then nothing, after 2 years of messaging they agree to ship if I pay more shipping, but they will never give me an invoice. They have stolen a lot of peoples money. I have kept a copy of all interactions in the hope there will one day be a class action against them.

I think they just send out a few to make it looks like they are legit, but most people lose their money and it's US$208 - that's a lot. .

Add my name to the long list of people who gave these guys my money through Kickstarter--continued to followup for months, then years -- until like others I gave up -- along with how many hundreds of others 😢

When you go read the 'Story' about the Lampster on their website they tell you about how they were the most funded LED light on Kickstarter. What they don't tell you is almost on one actually received one. They took the money and ran. They will probably take yours and ship you nothing too.

Do not buy from these people. Like almost everyone here I backed on kickstarter and never saw a lamp. No response to communication and yet these scumbags continue to advertise sales of these lamps.

Ordered a lampster six months ago. Received a confirmation via e-mail. Since then, the status is still on "awaiting fulfillment" and no one is responding to e-mails or the website's chat bot.
I guess my money is gone.Stay away from this company. Do not order here!

DO NOT BUY!!! THIEFS! Goods never received. When I finally got a response they tried to get me to pay another €30 on top of the $203 I had ready paid (included free shipping) to send it to me. Then stopped responding. Thiefs!!

Backed the Kickstarter project over 8 years ago. I have never received a response, let alone a physical product. Suffice to say I don't expect to ever see my actual product OR a refund. This company is comprised of a bunch of criminals; don't give them a dime.

Scammers. After 8 years I don't reply, they don't write, they continue to tell lies and they don't return the money. Stay away.

8 years I have been waiting. Zero replies from customer support. Zero replies from FB. Automated response said my order number not found, when I still have the invoice. Unacceptable

This was a massive scam. I ordered mine as an early backer on kickstarter, never received it in 4 years and then was asked to pay a premium supplement to get it shipped 4 years later. in 2016 it was a novelty and seemed nice, in 2022 when I received it not so much, better and cheaper products out there. The lamp is only bluetooth, app is not working and has never been updated. An expensive lamp !

I received the two lamps I ordered. One from Kickstarter and one from Indiegogo.

Beautiful thingS THEY ARE. I am fully aware of the issue that have plagued their business model and I’m sorry to see so many people that have been ripped off by the incompetence of the people delivering the lamps.

I have been a 5 star customer throughout. BUT… to add to the nonsense that this company have created .. they no longer provide the app that runs all the cool RGB features that I paid for. I still have a cool lamp. But the fact remains that it is no longer the lamp I paid for. The makers replied to my concern tonsaybitvwould have the app back in service. That was over a year ago. What a bunch of cowboys.

Habe 2016 bei Kickstarter dieses "Unternehmen" gebackt und gleich 4 Lampster bestellt. Im Nachhinein ein grosser Fehler, aber der Hype war gross damals.

Über die folgenden Jahre wurden dann insgesamt zwei Lampster geliefert, die verschenkt wurden. die zwei verbleibenden Lampster werde ich wohl nie mehr sehen und das Geld dafür auch nicht zurück erhalten.

Zunächst war es ein Problem, dass die Rersonanz so gross war und man mit der Produktion nicht hinterher kam. Dann gab es Produktionsprobleme bei der Bemalung/ Lackierung. Dann war das ausgewählte Design nicht mehr machbar. Dann gab es Probleme wegen Corona. Dann hiess es, dass die zwei verbleibenden Lampster nur gegen Aufpreis versendet werden können, weil die Lieferkosten ja angeblich so hoch geworden seien.

All diese Infos musste ich mir immer selbst einfordern, von der Firma selbst kam nie etwas. Zuguterletzt hat die Firma dann den Firmensitz aus Rumänien in die USA verlegt, wo man als EU-Bürger natürlich keinerlei realistische Handhabe mehr hat. Das ist zumindest mein letzter Stand.

Auf Mails wird generell nicht reagiert, der einzige Weg auf dem ich bisher Antworten erhalten habe, war via Facebook. Aber das kann man sich auch sparen, da auch dort nur inhaltslose Antworten kommen.

Ich habe dem Unternehmen dann sogar angeboten, die dreiste Nachforderungen von 30 Euro pro Lampster, also gesamt 60 Euro, zu zahlen und um Versand der verbleibenden Lampster gebeten. Das Unternehmen teilte mit, mir dazu eine Rechnung zu senden. Das ist nun auch schon mehr als 2 Jahre her. Also selbst wenn man bereit ist Geld nachzuschiessen, erhält man das eigentlich bereits bezahlte Produkt nicht.

Gleichzeitig kann man die Lampster aber über den Shop des Unternehmens oder auch in anderen Shops angeblich versandkostenfrei bestellen.

Kickstarter selbst kümmert das alles absolut nicht. Von denen kann man ebenfalls keinerlei Unterstützung erwarten.

Fazit: 4 Lampster bestellt und bezahlt, zwei erhalten. Trotz Bereitschaft, Geld nachzuschiessen, keine Lieferung. Das war eine lehrreiche und teure Erfahrung. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, einen Lampster zu kaufen. Auch von Kickstarter würde ich die Finger lassen, ausser man kalkuliert das Geld von vorneherein als möglichen Totalausfall ein.

No respect for the people who have financed their production.
They undermine kickstarter, and i will never back something on their site again.

I was one of the original kickstarter backers and I still haven't received my lamp. It's nuts. Don't buy from them!

I was one of the original backers in 2016 and to this date never received my lamp while the company is still in business and selling lamps as "in stock" on their website. Not delivering on your pre-orders and using that money to keep your company running and sell lamps to new customers for more money classifies as fraud. I'm thinking about opening a lawsuit against them, since their not even replying to my emails anymore.
