DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Voidhawk is apparently out of business but their website still takes orders! Phone number is no longer valid and they don’t answer customer service emails.
I had to go through the bother of escalating a claim through Paypal to get my money back and am still waiting!!

Scam…they are taking $$ and not shipping the items. Their phone is disconnected…they do not respond to emails. Got taken for $200 plus. Reporting it to every site I can to protect consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

My best flashlights were from VoidHawk and I have positive experience about their products, I bought several flashlights over the years until the last one. Their got my money and NEVER sent the item. No emails were answered and phone calls went to the trash bin. No one contacted me and now reading the reviews I see that is a general fraud issue. Pirates!

I really like these flashlights. Except, one of my chargers only lasted a few charges and the micro-raptor battery contacts make the light undependable without screwing and unscrewing the end cap. Also the mode changes without the switch.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. However I am not even a customer. I am the person everyone is calling trying to get info on their orders. I have emailed this company on February 20,2021 trying to get the website to update it's phone number. So please if your a customer service representative for this company, please get someone to update everything with the correct information.

Ordered a few things on this site over this last year, first item was broken so emailed a few times and never got a response. So I stupidly ordered more and this time it didn't even get shipped to me but I of course was charged. Emailed a few times again and no response. The phone number on the site is not even for their company.

I ordered the "COMPLETE" set of flashlights which included a barrel extension for the larger flashlight. The flashlight came with only two batteries, I presumed that the other battery was accidentally forgotten. I called the number listed on the packing list and left a message and was told I would receive a call back. To date I have not received either the forgotten battery or a phone call back from the supplier. The products are great but I cannot use the big light with the three batteries unless they send it to me.

Never received my order. Can't get in touch with customer service. No emails, FB messages or phone calls returned. I think this company has gone out of business and I'm out $100 for 2 flashlights I ordered last month. Do NOT order from this company!!

The small AA battery flashlight was broken when I opened the box.
Also you should have charable battery for that small flashlight

I bought a flashlight about 3 years ago. Wonderful product while it worked. Did not use it much. It failed when I recently tried to use it. The batteries were without depleted. I ordered a charger from Voidhawk. It did not work according to the instructions I received, and did not charge my batteries. I tried to contact the company at the number prominently listed on their webpage. Busy signal for three weeks. Today, the phone was answered by a woman claiming not to be associated with Voidhawk and who says she has fielded numerous calls since she got the number a week ago (week of Feb. 13). The company has no customer service. I will write to their headquarters, but I do not expect an answer. Their webpage advertised their products at about 50% off. Beware!

Horrible company. I purchased the M3 on 11/29 and it's 12/19 and still no flashlight. I called them and their number is not in service, sent about 10 emails and no response from them. The tracking says in transit since the 12th. And I am now disputing a $60 transaction with my credit card company. Horrible company & Horrible customer service actually no customer service at all. This will be going to the BBB really soon.

What everyone says below: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cannot call or even leave a message (mailbox full). Did not get response via email. I had to return something and, according to their return policy posted on their website, I should get full credit on the item. The box was never opened and I returned it within two days and paid for my own shipping. We'll see what happens. If I don't get the credit, I will have to go further than a Yelp review. I can't afford to waste $50+. I would not recommend this company. If you want the product, try to order it from Amazon or another known, reputable website. I wish I could have paid through PayPal, as they would resolve this for me. It was not offered. I could also have my bank go after them. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I bought a couple of the Voidhawk T-Rex flashlights a few years ago. The flashlights are fantastic but once the new batteries I just purchased stop working (again) then I am going to give the flashlights to Goodwill and find replacements because I'm tired of spending $50 for a pair of batteries that Voidhawk CLAIMS can be charged 500 times.

The design flaw is in either the cap on the battery or the charger itself. Unfortunately, the pressure exerted on the top (positive end) of the battery when it is in the charger gradually indents the cap on top until it can no longer make contact with the metal contact on the charger and so they will no longer charge. After about a year (and maybe five recharges), I discovered the batteries would no longer recharge. So I bought a new pair of batteries and after about five more recharges, those batteries also stopped taking a charge. That's when I discovered the dented cap.

Oh, and their "customer service" is non-existent. I've written to them twice about this problem and they never even acknowledged receipt of my email, much less bothered to answer. So, unless you don't mind shelling out $50 a year to replace the batteries, I would avoid buying Voidhawk flashlights.

I've previously purchased Voidhawk lights that operate perfectly. I ordered 3 of the T-Rex-T3 lights in October 2019. I was unable to get them to work. No assistance from customer support. I see they're out of stock on batteries for these lights.

Reviews seem to have worsened over the past few years - perhaps they're going out of business?

In any event, I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. I heartily recommend NOT doing business with Voidhawk!

Ordered from void hawk on 9/1/19. Web site states item shipped within 3 business days. It is now 17 business days since order and still no merchandise. Called customer service ,no response. Sent email again no response. Want merchandise or refund.

I have owned my Voidhawk for a few years and use everyday almost. I have 4 in total and they all suffer from the same problem. The product is good until it goes wrong the customer service has declined drastically. The switch often goes wrong. Initially when I managed to contact them they sent replacements, now I can not get hold of them and I have just 1 working switch which I have to swop between them which is incredibly difficult to do when it's raining, I am carrying items and have a 100lb dog on a leash. Numerous emails, telephones messages and still no response. I would pay for them, I am not looking for freebies. I have even tried to find the manufacturer of the switch so that I could replace it myself but there appears to be no markings - if anybody knows then please let me know.

I already owned a voidhawk velociraptor light. Ordered another one because I liked it so much. Also ordered charger with it. Charger came without a cord. This makes the rechargable batteries useless. I Need The Charging Cord. I called the number on the invoice a bunch of times, no answer ever. I have emailed them too. No response. Customer service should be as good as your product if you want repeat business. SEND ME MY CORD TO THE CHARGER I PAYED FOR PLEASE!

Best flash light I ever own. I purchased my first one through Amazon and then several directly from VoidHawk. Problem now is I can't get them to return my phone calls or respond to my emails. Have been trying to reach them for over two months.
According to Amazon their out of stock and don't know when stock will be available. Best guess I can make this guy is either out of business or don't care about his customers. Don't make the mistake I did and purchase anything from them. Great light, terrible service!!

Great piece of gear. Original batteries had a short service life. Replacement batteries came promptly.

this is my 4th light the last one failed and i liked it so much i bought another the promlem with this one is if yiou trigger the switch it works fine but if you brush against the button even without pressing it it will advance to the next stage. a real pain. my last one also had a problem with the switch and would not light without adjusting the rear switch
