Our guest experience executive, Jessy Ong, was so responsive and helpful. She was resourceful and thoughtful, and offered workable solutions to any hiccups we encountered along the way. She was patient with our stream of various requests and her replies were always so polite and clear, which really gave us confidence and assurance that we were in good hands. Well done, we will definitely use them again.

Gizelle Rondero helped me from start to finish with completing my booking. She responded to all my queries in a timely manner. Very straightforward process in respect of handling all my requests and finalizing my itinerary.

When our family encountered an unexpected situation that led us to cancel our trip, we requested assistance from NISADE to help cancel all of our arrangements. Despite not having purchased travel insurance for cancellations due to such incidents, Niro from GE and Jessica from RES were extremely professional and patient in assisting us. In the end, the issue was perfectly resolved.

This was my second time staying at the Niseko Kyo and it was absolutely brilliant. Diane was incredibly helpful making sure all bookings and rentals had been arranged - from ski lessons to restaurants and suggesting activities for my kids. Skiing holidays are wonderful and fun for families but a lot of organising goes into them, Diane made that experience pain free!

Joda has been absolutely fantastic in supporting all of our groups planning, reservations and answering all our questions very quickly and thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with her responsiveness and overall support.

The reservation, K. Sirapon, is very helpful and listens to what customer needs and try to accommodate our requests.

I made enquires for the Vale and received a call from Johanah and she not only understood what I wanted but was about to quickly reply by email with all the relevant information needed for our booking. plus she added a great discount

We booked a 1 bedroom villa at Umalas Creek Bali Indonesia. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa was very clean and well maintained, with a complete set of kitchen utensils, full fridge and you can cook meals, a spotless bathroom with full amenities provided. Communication was mainly through WhatsApp, and the staff were very proactive, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. All staff were polite and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. Thank you Ms. Chintya for a smooth communication regarding a vegan cake order for the birthday. Thank you for all the staff for the lovely birthday surprise greeting, it was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The facilities were excellent, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and common pool. We especially loved the private pool inside the one-bedroom villa, which added extra privacy and comfort. Highly recommended!

Vincent with the Luxe Nomad concierge team was INCREDIBLY helpful with our pre-stay bookings - supporting transportation coordination, all ski related needs (lift passes/gear/lessons/guides), and supporting restaurant recommendation & outreach. The self service booking platform is easy to use, and when we had an "off platform" need (ex: reaching out to restaurants that didn't have online booking, reserving karaoke session) he was able to conduct direct direct outreach on our behalf. Awesome experience!

We contacted the hotel in advance regarding the breakfast options and An Nguyen quickly responded to our inquiry and gave us a very clear answer in a friendly and polite manner. We are excited to stay at the Vale Rusutsu for our upcoming Spring ski trip in March!
