I have recently returned from an extended stay in Hokkaido and once again, the service provided by the teamâspecifically Kat and Sharmaineâhas been nothing short of exceptional. From the initial booking to resolving on-site requests promptly, their communication is the "gold standard" of professionalism.
They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, making us feel like valued return guests every step of the way. We loved your email and it made everyone's day. I'm so pleased that Kat and Sharmaine went above and beyond to assist you. I used to run reservations personally when we first started the company and our golden mantra was to treat every guest as if it were our family or close friends heading on holiday. We might not get it right 100% all of the time (we are human after all haven't turned into bots just yet!), but I'm glad to say I can see that everyone from our front of house to our reservations and guest experience team - genuinely cares.

Ski in and out, ski valet, private onsens - what more does one need :) We hear you on the feedback for breakfast, it was their first season and we totally agree more variety is needed. Next winter we will have a breakfast chef and a la carte menu - so please do come back again. I have been personally testing the breakfast (they nicknamed me 'Little Miss Breakfast'!), so completely understand where you're coming from.

I am delighted to say that following my review cautioning against this companyâs rigid returns policy, it agreed to return in full only deposit due to the exceptional circumstances of my case. They were exceedingly helpful once the case had been reviewed by more senior management. I was very happy to be able to get a refund which means I can now rebook more suitable accommodation.
