Scam website - ordered stuff and never arrived. I have now taken it up with my bank, hoping I can get my money back 🤞

I order a dress 3 weeks ago…. I haven het my dress yet, and cant find my order, I have pay for it , but not got any mail or condieming for my payment? How can I Get in contakt wire this webside?🙏

Ordered a tree and the tracking they provided said that it was left at or in my mail box on 12/4/2024 at 12pm. Problem is that i checked the tracking on 12/4/2024 at 4am. How was an item delivered BEFORE that actual time. They will not answer my emails or issue a refund.

I ordered 2 north face tracksuits buy 1 get 1 free and I have been sent 2 little tiny red bows definitely the same tracking number as you have sent on my order and on my email and also on the parcel and in my shop email so it all ties in- so please can you explain why you have taken £60 of my money and sent me 2 tiny red bows please?

Very poor quality shoes. I wouldn’t recommend this company’s products. Very long shipping times and very poor quality products.

Ordered a stone island T-shirt for my sons birthday that should of come on the 22nd February it’s now the 7th march and I have no dispatch email or no t shirt, I have emailed several times to just be ignored and I have also tried to have a live chat to be told my order still needs to be fulfilled even tho delivery should of been 1-3 working days. I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering.

I’m here again!! I ordered £980 coat for my daughter was told 1-3 days.
2 weeks later still no cost. Numerous emails no reply!
Eventually received email to say sorry for delay. The coat arrived but was too late.
Send back recorded delivery was received from buyer on 22/1/24
Still no refund and the cheek of the company tried to take the payment again according to my bank.
Again sent numerous emails still no refund!!!

Ordered a £265 jumper never came on time all they care about is getting the order not delivering it on time, no updates, basically impossible to contact them and get a reply, ordered the jumper for going away Friday on the Monday and didn’t arrive as it said it would, will not use it again.

BEWARE BEWARE please don't buy from this website absolute scammers ordered a stone island hoodie 15 days ago still has not been despatched . I've emailed 5 times no response.

I purchased a pair of Alexander mcqueens on Monday 22nd January, 3-5 days for delivery, I contacted them on Wednesday 24th via email as there is no contact number available to ask when they would be dispatched as I needed them for the weekend, I also went on the live chat and no one got back to me, tried again today (25th) all day on the live chat - no response and still no response to email and still not showing as dispatched on my order, when googling contact details they have a statement up stating that using live chat the team will reply with a fast response- LIES. I asked in the email if I could pay to have recorded delivery so I could receive them quicker and nothing, absolutely disgraceful customer service when your spending so much money you expect better!

I made a purchase for Stanley Cup and got the wrong color. I was never notified by the consumer about my purchase. I called the number and all it tells me is to leave a message with my name. No one called me back and then I noticed there was a "recurring charge" on my bank card???

When I took action I finally heard from the company and they asked me to remove my dispute. Good quality and customer service is earned and they did not earn my trust? My bank card is taking care of this. Never again will I do business with these people whom ever they are.

This company and it's website are a SCAM - I ordered a jacket for £1270 on 22nd December (TLS15516) and 27 days later have received nothing. Have sent messages advising I want a refund and to cancel order - All ignored!
They do not have the items they advertise and are scamming thieves - ***AVOID*** Have passed details to relevant authorities for investigation

This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed order 10 days ago

NO REPLY!!
Absolutely furious

Seen a few one star reviews bit harsh it was Christmas so delays was expected to happen I got my order later than expected but they did there best and kept in touch with me as bestas they could to re-assure me my order was on its way. used this site before an will continue to do so they even offerd me 10%discount on next order not much but every little helps thanks 🙏

Bought a Represent Hoody off the site for my daughter’s birthday. Hoody was too big so wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I emailed numerous times, instagram DM’d, Facebook DM’d and also used the ‘live chat’ feature on the app all of which was totally ignored and no one ever replied back. Left with a hoody that is unwearable and a very disappointed daughter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. ABSOLUTE SCAMMER

Product was a bit late on delivery but service was good.
