Went above and beyond for me

Ordered a £500 jumper but it didn't fit and they offered a refund or for me to swap it so I swapped it and it arrived at my house before I had even sent the original hoodie back! Great customer service and very trusting, will definitely be buying again

They are fraudsters simple

They are fraudsters simple! Ordered a pair trainers for £400 they obviously havnt got the stock so why advertise them and why not be straight with customers instead of ignoring them and holding onto their money no reply to 5 emails sent so taking matter further to trading standards.

Absolute joke of a so called company!

If I could give them no stars I would!
They should be closed down!

No communication in either email or chat!
Low life’s thinking they can just take people’s money and this close to Christmas!

Nothing but fraudsters!
This will be taken further!!!

Ordered a jumper at £260 on the 8th…

Ordered a jumper at £260 on the 8th December, emailed to be told there was a delay, have since emailed again and had no reply.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Jumper has eventually arrived no communication from them!
I get it’s a busy time of year but a bit reassurance for your customers wouldn’t go a miss!!
Safe to say I WONT order from here again.

Ruined Christmas!!!

Ruined Christmas!!!

Ordered a hodie for nearly £400 for our son...

No contact, no update for 5 days.

I reached out as concerned it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas
Only to be told it not in stock.

It's now a few days before Christmas and it's ruined our surprise for our son!

Seems to be a pattern going by
reviews!

Avoid this middle man website.
They don't hold stock!!!!!

awful company, don't trust!

I ordered an £80 tee shirt for my son in law, waited 8 days with no contact, on the 9th day I emailed to ask for an update and was told sorry out of stock and refund will take 4-5 days
It's Christmas, disgusting service

SECOND TIME WE HAVE ORDERED AND SECOND TIME YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER DUE TO NO STOCK!!

Writing as I have not received an item ordered on 1st November (delivery within 3 days) and not received a reply to any emails ??!
Starting to worry as I have paid for the item in full !!

Please respond asap.

I would advise consumers not to purchase at this present time but happy to remove review if communication is restored.

I've been trying to contact them for 6…

I've been trying to contact them for 6 days and to my disappointment I've had no reply regarding my order (dispatched 1-3 working days) !
6 days on and still no communication! Feeling extremely frustrated, disappointed and angry.
UPDATE: So after 20 days it is finally out for delivery! I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service and never believe they have ur stuff to u in 3 days. Bought cargos,was guaranteed them 4days later to then be lied to saying they wer posted,then lied to again saying they sent email with tracking to then be ignored and have my chat disabled by someone. Then i get refund thankfully after making complaints to other places. Odd that i got a refund after being told they had been posted tho. Shocking way to run a business and certainly wont be bk here. Id 100% avoid as they seem to sell stuff they dont have and lie to ppl until they source the item

Customer service not answering more than week

Shop cancelled my order for no reason explaining, but i pay full amount via Klarna and now im trying to get a refund but Luxurious Shop didn’t registered a cancellation so Klarna can’t do a refund for me. I trying to contact Customer Service, i send 3 emails but they dont answering me since 11 of August!! This is ridiculous i strongly not recommend this shop!

I trust this message finds you well. My name is Josh and I recently placed an order with your esteemed establishment, Order Number TLS14944, for a pair of Rhude Maroon/White Yachting Shorts in size Large.

I am writing as I have planned a holiday for myself, scheduled for the 18th of September, and I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my order.

With my holiday quickly approaching, I kindly implore you to expedite the dispatch of my order. Your swift assistance in ensuring the timely delivery of these items would be greatly appreciated.

However I have not received any shipping update, email or live chat response. But yet I have paid for DHL (1-3) shipping. This is concerning. Please update me as soon as possible regarding the urgent matter.

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. Ordered a pair of Off White sliders, which initially the delivery took an extra 4 days than described online (ok this happens). The complete wrong pair turned up, which wasn’t even on the website, so not sure if they was far cheaper pair or not. I emailed explaining the situation, asking for the best way to sort this with no response. Followed the email up with 2 others and also online chats and messages, all of which was ignored. The sliders being sent wrong I can live with mistakes happen, they are actually a nice pair (which is lucky). The no response isn’t good enough though from a company selling high end products at a high price tag, without the capacity for any after sales correspondence or duty of care
