THEMAGIC5 レビュー

Excellent communication and personal response immediately to questions. A fantastic experience and a fantastic product. I'm just injured at the moment but can't wait to try them out.

Super intuitive system of ordering. The face scanning data acquisition is very user friendly and the whole process is sub 10 minutes from purchase to scan data acceptance.

Very easy. Great equipment, easy to purchase

TheMagic5 Vector goggles take performance to a whole new level. Perfect for open-water and triathlon, they stay perfectly sealed, feel incredibly comfortable, and make long swims effortless. Truly next-level gear.

Very good goggles, no red signs on my face, no leaks, no fog. I like them.

Do not buy these googles. I bought 2 pairs of googles, one for the pool and one for open water swimming. The googles leak water and are not comfortable at all leave pain in my eye socket after 500m. After communicating back and forth with customer service and swapping out the nose pieces (basically trying all the attachments to get a good fit) and adjusting the straps as instructed, the googles still leaked. As if that wasn't enough, the indoor pool Google strap turned yellow, and after contacting them again, I was told to rinse the googles under water after each swim! Are you kidding me? I had been doing that from the start, just like every triathlete I know. I can't say it enough ....Do not buy these!

Website was nicely presented and the whole ordering process was easy to follow.

Interesting that you want to know about service when I haven’t received my goggles yet. Maybe better to wait until they’re delivered?

They actually don't leak - amazing!

Don’t expect the perfect fit promise! A waste of money!
I ordered these back in December as a Christmas present for my daughter. First training session after Christmas and she had to swap to her old goggles after 1 length. They leaked so badly. We changed the nose piece, double checked the straps and they still leaked. After a couple of emails back and forth and a ‘deep dive’ with customer service into the problem, they said they could fix the problem and would send out another pair. This was in January. We are now at the end of March. There has been no response to my emails and nothing has arrived. Dozens of emails are being ignored. Out of pocket and useless goggles! We won’t be reordering or recommending these to anyone else at the club either.

Everything worked great except I wanted to buy two ( indoor /outdoor) but package wasn’t available until after checkout

Excelent product !

The best goggles I have used ! Comfortable & no more fog

This is a very good product; it is both durable and reliable.

Like it and maybe buying the new one after this. The aero edges is super nice and has a smooth flow👍🏻

These are literally the best goggles I've used. I've swum my whole life and I was just used to wearing uncomfortable ones that hurt my nose. For the first time, I don't even have marks after a training session or water getting in. They are simply great.

Good service and great goggles that came Quickly

Customer service has been NON-existent! Tried calling a couple times and left messages. Emailed 3 times at least. All to confirm the order was for the correct person. Crickets back. NO RESPONSE whatsoever over the course of an entire week. Says goggles shipped days ago and no response. Again customer service is a ZERO as it is NON-existent!!!!

This company always responds within hours to even the smallest request. And, of course, their goggles are outstanding - nothing else keeps my eyes dry.
