Tried contacting customer service and wouldnt get no reply, until i insisted, they finally answered but employee was rude.
. Apparently im not the only one that gets treated like this.

Wasn't my fault you hired incompetent tech guys, that because of a glitch in your system, my order wasn't processed.
It's the way they try to make me feel like I'm too dumb not to look back at my Sent emails and clearly find the 3 emails i sent to them and for them not to Have the decency to reply to any of them, then how they try to discredit my review... Is what I find for insulting. I'm not wealthy and I may not be tech savvy but I'm no ignoramus and no liar. Maybe if you would train your customer service department's more on how to approach customers, just maybe... You won't be getting bad reviews.
I've had bad experiences from different companies before but I never wrote a bad review, it's simple because the company never made me feel like I was nothing. Your company has made me feel just that, and for that reason alone, I needed to let other people know you are a horrible company that unless a customer spends a good amount of money then only will you care to give a good customer service, for those that can't afford your customer service then we get the poor peoples treatment... Being ignored.

Very helpful when I contacted the company, answered all my questions. Although the product arrived damaged, as a result of shipping, a replacement was shipped immediately. This was especially important because had contractor scheduled to install the items so was on a specific timeline. Highly recommend this company.
