When looking to sell my car I happened upon the Bonhams marketplace web site, and knowing Bonhams was a respected auction house decided to give it a go. Right from my first enquiry I found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgable and helpful and I decided that this was the place to sell my car. A photographer came and took numerous photos of the car as well as some videos and what he submitted was well worth the £150 it cost me. I provided a short draught on the car but the description written by Bonhams put mine to shame and was a real in-depth report which highlighted both the good and the bad. The car was eventually sold and I was happy with the result. The fees charged were very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending this web site to others.

Honest description backed up with good photographs and an auction hammer price which is what you pay!

Aston Martin was exactly as is was described had not seen the car in the flesh but trusted the description and was extremely happy when picking the car up.

I have bought a couple of vehicles through The Market and also sold one. The process is so straight forward and the description of the vehicles are first class.

Bought another car, you'd think I'd learn from my previous experience. It was purchased on July 20th, I still don't have a title. Caroline Cassini has been asked multiple times when I'll receive a title and refuses to even acknowledge the question. Why is Bonhams selling cars when they don't have the titles?

Bonhams has a nice, clean website, pretty interface, and straightforward bidding process. I was excited to win my car when I got it. The car was a bit of a project, but I expected that from the beginning, as I was buying as-is, from an aging collection.

What I did not expect was IT TOOK MORE THAN 90 DAYS to receive a title from the company. A car with out a title is USELESS. Likely, in all states this is ILLEGAL behavior from a dealer, and shouldn't be tolerated by anyone. Buyers beware, if you use this service it might be 90+ days you won't be able to legally register or drive a car in the state that you buy it in, or sell it if you intend to rent or flip.

The condition of the car is a case-by-case basis, and as a buyer, I understand that. The excuse "Title is in transit" is no excuse to have to wait an absurd amount of time. I hope they improve their titling department in the future. I would be wary of using this site from now on.

Purtroppo, nota dolente, nel corpo dell'annuncio della Bonhams ed al momento del ritiro della Porsche era stato rappresentato che auto non aveva nessun problema e che tutto funzionava.

In realtà, nel solo tratto che separa agenzia auto dal deposito per il successivo trasporto, ho accertato che numerose sono le cose rotte o mancanti: antenna radio rotta, orologio cruscotto rotto, luce frecce non funzionanti, radio non funzionante, accendisigari non presente.

Mi preoccupa il ritiro, quando potrei trovare altre cose rotte e quindi necessariamente da riparare (spesa aggiuntiva non prevista e non desiderata, visto il costo dei ricambi della Porsche).

Aspetto poco piacevole o potenzialmente molto costoso
