The ornaments are great the issue is its coming from China and it takes long, over 3 weeks but you are never told this. Bad customer service excellent product!!
The email they send with the tracking number doesn't work at all and the responses to my emails took weeks and were automated responses nothing to do to what I have said.
Said that, the items are awesome and would probably buy again knowing it will come a month later and there is no way to chase it.

Disengenuos company.. Ordered on 9th December and still no delivery. I have chased multiple times and receive the same response each time with no actual update.

Given the disgusting service I requested my money back and was told no but they ignore my question as to where the order was.

This company needs to be shut down immediately.

I ordered two keychains on the 6th December as Christmas presents. I had to chase the company three times and got nonsense replies back. They finally turned up in January. Cheap and nasty looking and you can hardly see the photo inside the keyring. A total waste of time & money. Do not buy from this scam of a company!!

Ordered on 12th December didn’t arrived till the 4th of January. Tracking number never worked & once parcel arrived it came broken & was a very poor standard item. The website looks very professional so it gives the confidence they’re a quality company don’t be fooled. Definitely avoid.

Shocking - item never received and refund request ignored. Do not shop! I waited over one month and clearly nothing is coming - disgusting scam.

If I could give it 0 star I would, absolutely atrocious company. Flaunting itself all over Instagram and facebook. Absolutely shocking customer service and I am getting the same nonsense reply. Never ever order from this company.

The worst company I’ve ever used!

Ordered mid November… paid £8 for speedy delivery.

Now January and I still haven’t received it.

Customer service are non existent.

The tracking doesn’t work.

Whole company is a con!

Luckily PayPal, after a dispute and seeing the reviews on here, gave me a full refund!

Item arrived but wasn't as pictured. Faulty and lied about the contents. It's also shipped from China and took almost a month.

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered on 6th December and still no keyring! I think it’s disgusting that they tug on your heartstrings to order something that is connected to a loved one then completely scam you! I have sent numerous emails now as it’s gone over their 15 day timeframe. The tracking number they gave me shows completely different statuses when you use on the website compared to the Royal Mail site. I am now demanding a refund but getting no response.

Ordered on 16th Dec was told the 24th December delivery + nothing. The tracking number is non existent.

Emailed numerous occasions they don’t message back. Have just looked at the reviews wish I had seen before I ordered. Looks like I definatley won’t be getting

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

My mother has ordered something from them. She has the tracking number, it's at some depot and they are asking for taxes!
It clearly says on the invoice £0 tax and £2.99 shipping which was paid.
Anyone else been asked for tax payment?
I believe it's some kind of keyring with a photo in.

Ordered 2 keychains 2nd December as Xmas presents. Never arrived have asked for my money back but not back from them. Stay away from this company.

Ordered 5th December 2024 as a Christmas gift no gift arrive in time for Christmas and when emailed to complain about the fact that the order number they gave me didn't exist they gave me a tracking number around 27th December and it was showing as still not shipped (after 3 weeks)

I then got a email today (03/01/25) asking for me to give a review on my product (my product is still showing as at Heathrow airport so I have no product) so my review on my product is that it is invisible!!!!! Amazing!!!!! Will NEVER order again!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from these the products are shabby when they finally turn up. Customer service is poor.

Awful company.
Item ordered beginning of December. Still not arrived. Tracking code wasn’t being recognised and is now showing as still in China. Repeated emails sent but no answer.

I made my initial order on 17th December. They didn't post until 31st December and have gaslit me right up until today when they finally gave me a valid tracking number despite their last email giving me a fake one for royal mail! Some "person" called rose with her tone deaf personality emailing me all chipper despite my complaint? Just don't waste your money like I did. There are too many so called family run companies like this ripping people off and lying to them. Hopefully trading standards close them down. They are no reputable business.

Oh how I wish I read these reviews prior to purchasing. The website looked professional so I’ve ordered 2 film roll keychains on the 9th December. Was left without a meaningful present for 2 family members, very sad indeed. They have been emailing me apologising but still no delivery.
Refrain from using this company.

Do not give these con artists your money! ordered beginning of December and still not arrived!!! gone via my bank to claim back the money they've clearly stolen and as a result have had to get a new bank card due to the evident fraud. Tracking numbers are useless don't work! likely fake like the entire transaction. Thieves and should be avoided at all costs! 7-14 day delivery is clearly fake too

Update 13th December to say your order is on its way and can track it here - no tracking information provided.
Update 17th December again stating it is on its way, track it here with no information.
23rd December chased them up
28th December email to say your last recorded delivery information is the 29th - the future.
28th December I replied requesting a refund as they were Christmas presents and the emails had said it was on its way and now I have the tracking it is not yet dispatched
3rd Jan reply to say no refund and it’s on its way.
I will be looking to claim against the company via my credit card company.
