All the negative comments here scared me pretty bad but I think theres some miscommunication.

I ordered December 4-5th and paid for express shipping. I paid through the Shop website/app and it had given me a package detail that wasn't true.

If the tracking number isn’t working properly then I would suggest making a kind email questioning it because I wish I had. I was worried as it was January 3rd and I hadn’t received it but when I emailed them about it- they said it had arrived on December 30th. And it did- and while the item is small and plastic, it was exactly what I wanted and when I gifted it to my boyfriend, he loved it.

If I had ordered by the start of December I’m sure I could’ve had it by Christmas but that’s on me for late buying. But it shouldn’t matter if the gift is on Christmas but the thought of it. In just 5 beautiful photos, it captured our 3 years together.

If you’re upset at all with this company, remember that they probably got a large influx of orders for Christmas, they are not Amazon, and if you’re upset, make a picture card yourself! Or your own scrapbook! I did as a placeholder and my boyfriend still loved it.

Don’t call a company a scam and scare other people away if you didn’t get their attention or had a misunderstanding like I did.

I never received an email with my order number on, so I contacted them through PayPal, no reply I tried emailing them again a couple of days later still no reply. I then raised a case with PayPal and then they replied saying it had been dispatched. Finally arrived today one of the photos is cut in half and they are very dark so you can't properly see the photos. I'm never using them again

73177 Order number.Really poor company do not use them. I ordered on 16/12/24 order arrived 6/1/25 I ordered 3 different decorations and they sent 3 the same and really difficult to see the picture inside.They never reply so I disputed my payment via my bank who have now refunded my money and are per suing the company

Order took over a month to receive when it was supposed to be a Christmas present. First tracking number was fake. When the package finally arrived it was clearly distributed from a cheap Chinese company. Only received 2 out of the 3 keychains and one came dented due to poor packaging. This company is awful and refuses to give me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 11th December and its now 6th January, still waiting on it. Too long delivery. Longer than what is advised on the website. Thats if it even shows up!

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER

Ordered on 12th December, still don't have anything and they're refusing to refund my money!

I placed an order on the 10th of December and the parcel only arrived today, I orderd 5 items and only 1 keyring arrived absolute disgrace do not order from this company!!!

Waited since 3rd December only arrived Saturday morning and product is a disgrace I can’t believe I trusted this site what looks good to look at but waiting time is over 5 weeks and that’s if your lucky to get it……emails they send with tracking number don’t work…..I ordered a key ring photo album it looks like something you got out of a cracker!!! Can’t believe I paid over £17 for this crap!!!!! And the chain has snapped in package so Avoid at all costs!!! What company would want bad Reviews!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered on the 9th December, and still to this day haven’t received it. Tracking code didn't work at first, took me 3 emails to get a response and they only responded when I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank. They sent me a new tracking number which shower no further development on my order since the 10th December. Emailed again… and again… and then after another threat they emailed back thanking me for my patience. I'm now going to raise a dispute with my bank but please do not spend your money at this website!!!!

My order was delayed but I still got my order and let me tell you me being a bit upset went out the window. It’s literally the cutest/meaningful purchase. Not to mention the quality of the photos printed is good and not cheap looking AT ALL. My best friend loved her gift and so did I. I will definitely purchase from them again for other family members and friends! Honestly such a cute invention!! Just buy it! It’s worth it

Finally got my order (1 month) that’s the biggest and only issue, delivery times. I just wish the company were clear about delivery times on order order, so don’t wait for special occasion's. Otherwise, the product is really nice, my husband loved the gift, even if it was late.

Terrible company, I ordered 2 items at the start of December and now one month later I still haven't received it.
I have received emails telling me to track my order but there is no tracking number and the last email I have received was on the 20th of December saying that my order was on it's way. Terrible experience, lost £20. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered Nov 24 still not received even a tracking number. Emailed them several times of course no response. SCAMMERS

UPDATE: once my order finally came 25 days after purchase, one of the wind up things on the side was broken so I asked for a refund as per there policy on there website that states if a customer isn’t satisfied they can request a refund. After about 10 days of back and forth I’m actually SHOCKED this company has processed a refund for my order.

This company is beyond a joke. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and had no emails with tracking, I had to send multiple emails for them to finally reply with some dodgy tracking that doesn’t even work. Still yet to receive the items, I have now opened a dispute with my bank for the money back which I would advise all other customers in my situation to do so as they have failed to provide the service they promised as it states delivery will be 7-15 days. The lack of communication is very poor as is the customer service. Same automated patronising responses, another major thing they did was responded to me but left 2 other customers, emails, contact numbers and queries on the email they sent to me, this is a gross breach of customer confidentiality and I find it disgusting. Lily is the one dealing with my case and quite frankly I think she is a joke. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Avoid. Nightmare to get in contact. Arrived 4 weeks later despite express shipping paid for. Product much smaller and would need a microscope to see the image.

Sadly everything written below is my experience. The difference is nothing has arrived as yet so I can not comment on standard of product!!!

Finally I got my order. They just should said when we will get it, because sometimes we think it can be a scam because of this. I like the mini scrapbook, it’s not so bad at all.

Never ordering from these again!!! Placed my order on 2nd Dec, we’re now 5th Jan and my order STILL hasn’t arrived! Best part is they charge £7.99 for express shipping which I think is scandalous given the time Iv had to wait for it to arrive. DO NOT USE!!!

Awful! Tracking number doesn’t work, customer services are non existent. Really wish id read the reviews! Still haven’t received the order! Waste of money

Awful. It never arrived. Kept saying I need to wait 13 working days blah blah.
Will be getting a refund from my bank hopefully.
