If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. My order was placed 4 weeks before Christmas but still didn’t turn up until 10 days after Christmas. And the quality is absolutely dreadful, nothing like the glossy, colourful photos you see on their website. This is nothing short of a con and I strongly advise against ordering anything from them.

Do NOT use this scam of a company! I ordered in November! I still don’t have my order and have been getting the run around for a month!

Absolutely garbage company. The order took over a month to arrive and is poor quality. The pictures are bent and it doesn't even retract back into the film canister without you having to force it back in.

But the worst part is that they only sent me 5 of the 6 film roll keychains that I ordered!! Waste of money and time.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like many I ordered before checking the reviews. Whilst I did get my order I wouldn’t order again.
The order took 1 month to arrive from order date, and the tracking number was fake. It looks like the company deliver from the US, I’d advise all GB customers not to order.
For anyone who ordered with Apple Pay, I was able to go through my Apple wallet and find an actual tracking number. Hope this helps.
Product was bang average, not worth it and the photo quality was very mediocre.

ITEM HASNT COME HAVENT RECOEVED ANY NEWS ON IT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order with plenty of time for delivery to the UK as order has travelled from USA. Ordered 28/11/24 delivered 02/01/25. For the price I paid the quality of the product is decent. Worth the wait, would recommend.

Order placed on 5th December, still not reveived almost a month later. Paid extra for faster delivery.
Tracking just says 'in transit' since 7th December and no other updates. Would not reccomend or use again

Absolutely awful. Order was assured to arrive for Christmas and it's now January and still no sign. Customer service unhelpful and constantly brushing me off saying they're "onto it". If you can find what you want elsewhere go there.

I wish I'd read the reviews, I would never have ordered if I had realised. Shocker of a company, charged me for items I didn't order and didn't send the item I had ordered. Customer service unresponsive, the items that did arrive were rubbish quality. All-in-all a dreadful experience, AVOID.

like others, ordered 2nd December, received a tracking no for nothing (made up tracking), replied to my emails but item still not arrived by 1st JAN. luckily enough I had foresight to contact bank, get a refund (chargeback) and ordered via amazon. arrived within 3 days from amazon. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. ITEM IS DELAYED IF IT IS EVER SENT AT ALL!

Ordered beginning of december as a gift for 2 people, have emailed twice and been given a tracking number that just keeps adding more and more days to the delivery time. Doubtful the items will arrive but will be escalating with my bank on friday.

Ordered photo keyring through link on Facebook.
I honestly thought I had been scammed after reading the reviews on here.
I got my order in 27 days so just after Christmas.
Overall I am pleased with it. It's a cool little gift that has treasured memories on it.

Two ordered placed for photo snowflake tree decorations. These were marked as dispatched 11th December and expected for Christmas. Royal Mail tracking numbers given, neither of which track. Still awaiting email response from company. Not hopeful they will arrive after reading other reviews. Will update this review should they ever get delivered.

Contacted company who said delays are due to courier logistic problems and software updates - sorry, not my problem!

THEY ARRIVED
My order arrived today 7th January for weeks from ordering. Sadly the order is of little use now as contained tree decorations, which although quite pretty, were intended as rememberence gifts.

Very disappointed with the lack of clarity around time to get the product to customer. I ordered a keychain soon after our dog passed away 15 November and the tracking number comes up with an error message.

It's looking like I'll need to request a charge back through my bank. Would not recommend.

Poor quality product, takes significantly longer than expected, offer very little details and hard to contact

Item never received after over a month. Emailed them many times. Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This is unfortunately a Scam. Lesson learnt. Don’t buy from Instagram.
Oder can’t be found when Input in the tracking number and it’s been over a month. However if my order does miraculously turn up I’ll take this review down.

Unfortunately this seems to be a scam. Check Companies House under The Scrapbook Company - name and address of human plus dissolved on 10 December. If you bought with a credit card you might be able to claim back through them
