Ordered on 9th December - order attended for a Xmas gift- 30th December still hasnt been delivered - emailed customer care and had no response - asked for my money back nothing please do not order from this place

So, I ordered a 35mm film real with 5 photos to make a gift for my wife. After ordering I checked the reviews (yes… I know!) and then prepped myself for a fight to get my money back.

However, I waited a week, received a tracking number and within two weeks it had arrived.

Great quality and well worth the wait, wife was impressed.

Appreciate previous poor reviews but they delivered on our part and well worth the money 👍🏼

Horrendous customer service. Ordered my item at start of December still not arrived. Asked for my money back, keep dodging the question. They charge £8 delivery and can’t even get the item delivered, stay away from them. Shocking customer service.

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering still not received my items despite been ordered beginning of December no update no reply to emails sent avoid this company!

Ordered on 2nd December a bespoke item and paid shipping for express delivery.
Received generic update emails and the tracking says it doesn’t exist.
Tried to contact them via email and no response except using their contact form redirecting me to email the help email which I have been doing with no response. £20ish wasted which I can’t afford whilst on maternity leave.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Nearly a month to arrive. Only one item sent. No apologies. No rectifying just constant questions as a way of responding. Two presents I couldn’t give in time. Seem like scammers

I ordered 2 key rings from them on 2nd November and they arrived on 22nd - both were broken with snapped links.

I contacted them and they did not respond so eventually had to get Paypal involved. They then stated they were not broken and just needed to be reattached - the links are snapped they are completely useless. They have now offered me a refund but only if I return and pay the return postage, a cost of over 60% of the order value.

Complete scam artists. Do not be fooled by them. Their items are appalling quality and their customer service is abysmal

Order arrived. Took much longer than expected and unfortunately the pictures are not of me and my boyfriend but of another random couple! Avoid.

I would have rated this as 0 if Trustpilot let me. I ordered two of their items for the Christmas Tree as gifts. These were bespoke items for family. They never arrived and despite tracking and contacting them the items have not arrived. They send you very nice and polite messages saying they are looking into it but nothing happens. They take your money and don't deliver. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY SCAM PEOPLE

Total scam company, Item ordered late November/Early December and it never arrived. Tracking order doesn’t exist and emails are generic. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered early December, set to dispatched immediately, tracking showed 0 progress for 2 weeks. Initially they responded to emails with templated responses ignoring the problem, then just stopped responding altogether. Ended up initiating a chargeback with my card provider as clearly this is not acceptable and probably a scam.

Ordered on 2nd December, 3 heart shapes. Was sent tracking that didn’t work until the 21st December. Finally received the parcel today (28th December) only to find they have sent me the wrong items. Lazy staff. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from here ever. They need to go out of business.

No stars should be an option, ordered on 7th of dec and still not arrived, sent email message but no response, charged £7.99 for postage without choice and for no reason as it’s not arrived!!
Well it arrived on 9th of January and rather than delivering to the address I requested, it has been delivered to my home address so now I have to oat further postage to have it delivered to my cousin (it’s intended recipient) absolute shambolic company and customer service, would not recommend ordering through this company and i certainly won’t be ever again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered 2 keyrings on 9th Dec, messaged on 16th for an update. Received a response within minutes saying it had been dispatched & a tracking number. Email seemed automated & after reading reviews assumed item wouldn't arrive. However on the 21st the tracking updated to say it had cleared customs & it arrived today 28th Dec.
Quality is ok for price paid, but image not as clear as I had hoped.

Ordered at the beginning of December, my order has still not arrived (28th December). I wrote twice to customer service and got the same standard reply saying I should receive within 15 days of my order. It’s clearly way over that now and I’m not sure it’s going to turn up to be honest. Scam website - avoid at all costs.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, has taken over THREE WEEK to deliver and didn’t make it as one of the Christmas presents for my wife while Im deployed. They don’t reply to your emails when inquiring about your package. Great Idea but don’t waste your time.

The delivery time on the product is absolutely shocking. Took 26 days to receive my order! After paying for delivery! Mind you I have done better than most other people in the fact I have actually recieved my order. They gave me a tracking number which just said ‘ can’t be found’. It was an anniversary gift and it turned up 10 days late. The reel I purchased, the photos are great. But the reel itself you have to wind in manually.

Shocking company order arrived really late I kept emailing saying I needed the stuff for a certain date for gifts and they said it was going to be on time - arrived way after the date and poor quality. Won’t reply to my emails now - do not buy from this company!!!!
