The level of customer service provided by Louise is amazing!

Louise made my first buying experience totally stress free. She explained everything to me and reassured me through the whole process. She responded to every query or concern (no matter how daft) and was in constant communication with updates on my mortgage application. Once my offer was accepted, Louise was able to process my application in no time.

I remember asking Steven for an advise about my circumstance as I am a self-employed under an umbrella company with no idea on how to start. Steven was very patient and responsive with all my questions. When I found a flat that I liked, Steven reviewed my circumstance firsthand and route me to the right path. He got me a mortgage offer in a short span of time. Buying a house consists of roller coaster emotions and I would like to thank Steven with making the process smooth. The level of customer service is outstanding, my adviser went above and beyond and dealt with all the stresses involved in finding a mortgage lender. Not only did he find me the best deal, he also consistently kept me updated and managed to get a preapproval within 1 day, amazing! I never felt so relaxed, he reassured me he would do whatever possible to ensure I can get the house and that he did.

Louise made the whole process from start to finish so easy. She got me an offer within a day and as soon as my bid was accepted she was straight on it and kept me up to date with the progress. Literally the best person ever!
Didn’t think I was able to get a mortgage but Louise took a few details from me, ran me through the system and a day later had a Morgage on principal. She told me go look for a house, found one and put an offer in and got back to her, she sent in for the mortgage to be completed. 2 weeks of back and forth emails with lender and in constant communication with me. working hard to get this to the finish line all I can say is she got the job done and I can’t thank her enough.

Steven (Saunders) has been a very helpful adviser and expert through out the entire process. I talked to him for 2 different properties and has been transparent and honest... in short the expert you would expect for such mortgage process. No doubt, I would strongly recommend him and told him that I would go back to him for any future project if needed.
