I cannot recommend James at Mortgage Links enough. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly, making the whole mortgage process much easier to understand, especially as a first-time buyer. I also really appreciated how flexible he was with arranging video calls at times that worked around my schedule, which made the whole process even more convenient. He worked hard to find the best mortgage deal for my circumstances and took the time to explain all of the options, so I felt confident that I was making the right decision. James was always friendly, approachable, and his communication was excellent from start to finish.
