Really pleased with my order. I needed some help with my local council discount code and TNL were v helpful, also I realised I'd forgotten something from my order and they helped me add it on. I'm pleased with the nappies I bought this time.

So much useful information on the website. I hired a nappy kit and it arrived in good time, the nappies are good quality and the ability to hire newborn nappy kits is so useful as birth to potty nappies aren’t brilliant for newborns. The standard hire period of 3 months is spot on. All the relevant information on caring for the nappies is in with the kit. Really pleased with the service all round. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish, was a bit sceptical about trying washables but they work as they're meant to. A bit pricey if you're looking to switch from disposables completely right enough.

Such a brilliant experience. The questionnaire was such a good way to get advice for our specific needs. The communication was great, you could contact and ask questions and get help and know you were talking to a real person with real knowledge.
