I bought these for my granddaughter . Nice quality. Not the cheapest on the net but very prompt delivery.

The nappy is too small despite ordering the size above, and the claims that absorbency is high are bogus. It leaks after one wetting even with me wearing plastic pants over it. I am committed to reusable nappies but this is extremely disappointing.

I love the website lots of great offers and full of information. We bought during real nappy week and was spoil for choice and offers. We bought 2 nappy bundles that offered great value and really helped working out what we might need.
We were send a lovely selection of prints all different and unisex.
Delivery was amazingly fast. It arrived next day despite it being a bank holiday weekend and ordered later in the day.

The nappy lady gave great advice and I chose the nappy combination that they suggested and they were all half price or more. Delivery was quick. The products are exactly as described and great quality. I also enjoyed the zoom tutorial, really helpful. The only thing I would have liked would have been some care and use instructions to come with each type of nappy, just so that I had a reminder or how to use, wash and maintain the nappies. Thank you.

The Nappy Lady is amazing. The recommendations and support are great, their company ethos is refreshing and their customer service is responsive and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because something was missed off our order, but it was promptly dealt with and resolved very quickly. Definitely recommend them to anyone starting out with cloth nappies or needing support.

Excellent experience! I filled out the questionnaire to see which types of nappies would work best for us and was really pleased with the options suggested. We have started off with the night time nappies and are really impressed with how well they work. This first part of the transition to reusables has been really easy and we are excited to fully transition in the next few weeks
