I visited the Arnold Branch to update my existing accounts which were due to mature, I particularly like that my needs were dealt with immediately and I didn't need to return the staff are always helpful and efficient, and explain things very well and give all options available. very impressive service.

Easy to open an online account.
Easy to access accounts through mobile app. I particularly like how I can access my accounts just by using my mobile phone PIN number, it's really quick and practical.

Ryan and Lauren from the Mansfield branch were very helpful in explaining and sorting out our account requirements after a bereavement and changing personal details to get them up to date. They were also very helpful in guidance when selecting appropriate ISA and savings accounts. Helping us through all the options so that we had all the relevant information in order to choose the best option for us. Great personal customer service.

Every thing was done with care the only disappointment was there was no privacy sat in the main area I would have liked to have been in a room although they did make us a coffee which was greatly received as we were there some considerable time
