Purchased a bed and mattress, and delighted with the quality of both. Store staff were very helpful about scheduling the delivery to suit us - redecorating and recarpeting so we couldn't have the new bed arrive too early!
Customer service was first class, even after purchase when we needed a wee bit of help with assembly.
Highly recommended.

Nice bed but solid assembly not straightforward
Arranging delivery of the bed was fairly straightforward and the delivery service was good. Assembly was not as straightforward as indicated in the literature. The spanner provided was flimsy and the jaws opened up. To tighten the nuts appropriately required a decent spanner (an adjustable will not fit in the space). Some of the dowels were very loose in the locating holes.
It was difficult to get the drawer sections so fit together well, mainly because holes were not pre-drilled and the screws raised edges of the wood when screwed in. To get a tight fit required disassembly, removing raised areas of wood around the screw holes and predrilling the holes with a 1.5mm drill bit, to about three quarters deep in the wood. The drawers were then solidly assembled.
Once assembled the bed looks good and seems solid

Quality and good service
Georgie in particular, was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with my order and my questions associated with it.
I recommended the company to friends, who have since made a purchase of their own. Again, they are happy customers. Furdeco, the delivery team were also very good.

Amazing quality and excellent customer…
Amazing quality and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my dad accidentally dropped his drill on part of the bed, which caused a small chip in the paint. I contacted the customer service team, and they were very helpful—they promptly sent out some touch-up paint.

Cancelling a delivery on the day…
Cancelling a delivery on the day with only “technical issue” as an explanation is not acceptable. I took time off work specifically to be at home, and this has caused unnecessary disruption.
I expect a proper explanation and better respect for customers’ time. This experience has been very disappointing, and it does not reflect well on your service.

Thank you for your review, and we completely agree with you, cancelling a delivery on the day with only a vague “technical issue” explanation is both unnecessary and unacceptable, especially when the date and time have already been provided by the courier.
Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing ongoing issues with our third-party courier, Furdeco, whom we have worked with for many years. They are currently facing major internal operational and software issues, which have resulted in some orders being incorrectly allocated or ending up in the wrong locations within their network.
This is not only affecting our customers, but also other retailers who use Furdeco’s service, as this is a wider issue within their delivery network rather than an isolated case. That said, we fully understand that this does not make the disruption any less frustrating for you.
This is not the level of service we expect for our customers, and we completely understand the disappointment, inconvenience, and unnecessary disruption this causes especially when time has been taken off work to be at home for delivery.
To help minimise further issues, we have already introduced additional internal checks and extra dispatch verification steps on our side, but some parts of the courier’s handling remain outside of our direct control.
That said, we take full responsibility for your experience and sincerely apologise for the frustration caused. We know this is not good enough, and we are working extremely hard with Furdeco to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience while we work to put it right.

Really great customer service. The bed arrived as promised. We had an issue when assembling it which turned out to be a small fault in the product. I emailed them and Georgie replied within an hour. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
I'm delighted with the bed and with the responsiveness and courtesy of their customer service when something went wrong.

Sorting delivery
They were helpful and friendly.
But they would send you a date and if you were not available you'd have to reply with no and wait for another date. Would be easier to see a list of dates and times and be able to choose to stop the back and forth and so everyone knew what they were doing

We completely understand your point, and we agree that being able to simply choose from a list of available delivery dates and times would make the process much easier and save the back and forth.
Unfortunately, with large furniture deliveries, it’s not always as straightforward as standard parcel deliveries. Our courier operates multiple vans across different areas, with routes, schedules, driver allocations, and delivery plans that are constantly changing based on demand, delivery sizes, and location planning. It’s often more a case of the courier confirming when they are scheduled to be in your area, rather than fixed delivery slots being available far in advance.
Through experience, we’ve found the current process delivers the best overall results, allowing the courier to work around live routing, availability, and delivery demand while still ensuring customers are offered the next suitable delivery date as quickly as possible.
The good news is they do usually cover most areas several times per week, so if the first suggested date isn’t suitable, an alternative is normally available fairly quickly.
We really appreciate your feedback, as comments like this help highlight where the delivery experience could be improved. Thank you again for your order and your honest review.

The bed quality is excellent
The bed quality is excellent. Sturdy and looks great. Ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was on time and boxes delivered to room of choice.
I was offered an unpacking service but they wouldn’t take the packaging away so not helpful really.
Bed building instructions were a bit confusing and some of the wooden plugs don’t fit.
This is my second bed from your company and I will certainly recommend
