Lovely bed frame but very poor delivery company and chip in wood
The bed I ordered is lovely but the company you use to deliver it aren't interested and lack communication skills etc.
gabe the impression really didn't want to do the job but very interested in getting me to sign a disclaimer.
I have done a review of their work .
After they left I noted a chip in the wood of one of the legs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Weâre really pleased to hear that you love the bed itself, although Iâm sorry that the delivery experience fell short and that you subsequently noticed a chip on one of the legs.
We did reach out to you directly after seeing your review, as weâd really like the opportunity to understand what happened with the delivery and, of course, help with the damage to the leg. We havenât heard back yet, but our offer to look into this for you is still open.
Weâre disappointed to hear that you felt the delivery teamâs service was not up to standard, and we will be happy to raise the matter with our delivery partner once we have a few more details from you.
We hope to hear from you so that we can get this resolved.

Excellent experience from pre-sale queries to delivery!
I couldn't be happier with my experience buying from Oak Bed Store. Before ordering, I messaged them via WhatsApp with a few questions. They got back to me quickly and answered everything thoroughly, which gave me the confidence to make my purchase.
Delivery was impressively fastâI was quoted up to two weeks, but it arrived in less than a week (ordered on a Thursday, delivered by Tuesday!). The courier company kept me updated throughout, called five minutes before arriving, and brought the bed into the house with great care.
Assembly was straightforward, and the bed itself is fantastic qualityâreally sturdy and looks great. I'd definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them!
