I have been using the TOLA to find tenants for a number of years and couldn't rate them more highly - I have also used the other online letting agency which seems to be the dominant one in the market but it's nowhere near as good. Cheryl who looked after my account  this time, was fantastic - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive but I've dealt with other members of staff in the past - Eleanor in particular - and they have always been brilliant. The only glitch was a few years ago when I asked them to renew my EPC after I had every Victorian sash window replaced by a double glazed one and got a worse EPC than before! . It turned out, according to the tenants, that the inspector was allergic to cats, initially refused to come in and left after a couple of minutes. I complained to TOLA but to no avail!

The Online Letting Agents have been exceptional. It was my first time renting out my property two years ago and they have helped me through the whole process from advertising through to inventory check in/out. They have a very simple, easy to use system whereby you can do the whole process by yourself or have it part managed or fully managed by them. They have a great team that offer excellent advice, are always available to help and resolve any issues, very friendly and go out of their way to support you. Great value for money. I’m very happy to continue to use their service!

I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by The Online Letting Agents. They are super-efficient and excellent value for money compared to high street agents. I would not hesitate to use them again going forward. Best agents ever in my opinion!

It’s simple and easy to upload your property details and photos, they deal with everything promptly and are almost always available to speak with someone direct when you call them.
They advertise immediately and within 48 hours we had over 20 applicants, the property was let within the week.

Our most recent experience was one of the more complicated letting processes we have encountered and the communication and support we received from the team was absolutely excellent. In particular, Eleanor went above and beyond to ensure our tenants could move in on the agreed date, despite some last minute challenges. We were kept up to date throughout the process and were given helpful and supportive advice. We felt that the team were extremely experienced and nothing seemed to phase them. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Absolutely terrible, every step of the way. Landlord reference supplied to me, when the landlord hadn't actually given one, and was refusing to give one because of a negative experience with the tenants. Offers not passed on. Floor plan produced which had huge number of mistakes - missing walls, entire rooms that don't exist. Always late, bad communication. Awful experience.

Showing prospective tenants around my property is the only thing I really need to do which makes sense so I can make a proper assessment of who I would like coming in. TOLA take care of everything else for me which is a good send compared to other services I've used. Great service and a great price

This company operates in an extremely unprofessional manner and is a complete waste of time. They advertise properties on their website that they do not own and fail to provide adequate customer service, instead leaving customers at the mercy of unreliable, arrogant landlords.
I attempted to schedule a property viewing, but they did not answer calls and communicated exclusively through messages, behaving as if they were handling highly sensitive matters. They also canceled the viewing at the last minute without providing any reason.
If you choose to deal with them, be prepared for a frustrating experience.
