Good communication, great product, fantastic teaching

Well packed, efficient and friendly service and great quality fabric.

Orders always received very quickly and packed beautifully.

Delivery was very quick & the fabric in the 2 mystery fat quarter bundles i bought were all beautiful and very usable.

Communication was friendly, relevant and timely. The threads ordered arrived in beautiful feminine packaging - bobbins in little gauze bags with a wee tube of love hearts all wrapped up in lilac tissue paper with a long purple ribbon. This extra effort to make online shopping more personable was much appreciated.
Only disappointment was there was only 1 bobbin available in the colour I was using at the time, otherwise there would be 5 stars!
