I contacted Shane and his team as I have a number of pensions from previous employment and wanted to understand what action if any I should take with these.

Shane and his team offered a friendly service and helped me collate information about my collection of pensions and then ran through potential recommendations.

Shane offered free advice with the recommendation of not taking any additional actions as there would not be a significant financial benefit for me to do so.

Great to get this service and be provided with the reassurance that I am doing the right thing.

Needed help with my pension change at work, the advisor gave me an honest answer and was able to guide me in making the best choice given my situation.
Would recommend to friends and family.

I recently required a pension review. I used The Pension Planner. The service was excellent as was the communication during the process. The fees were competitive. I did not have to use a financial advisor but I am glad I used TPP who helped to maximise the potential of my pension options having recently retired. After selling a property we had inherited we were let with a small pot of money that we wanted to put away for retirement. We quickly realised that the banks could only offer very little interest. Contacted the Pension Planner because I was looking to start taking an income from a deferred company pension scheme. We had used them previously for my wife's pension arrangements, during which we received excellent service. Once again the whole team were prompt, courteous and efficient from the outset.
I dealt mainly with Andrew during the information gathering phase. I found his advice and recommendations to be refreshingly honest. He certainly put my best interests first and I would highly recommend the company to anybody requiring pension/retirement advice.
