Thanks to Nick and the team at Pension Planner for steering my wife and myself through this major life decision during such a tricky period. So many impacts from Covid and from what turned out to be a very protracted redundancy for me. Professional and genuinely friendly at all times giving us confidence by explaining, advising and answering questions without fear or favour. I would recommend anyone to choose them for pension advice.

I am happy to leave a review as the service that I have received from the pension planner company especially with regards to Shane and Beth has been really good and has helped me make sense of my pension pot.Whilst always explaining how each step of my pension plan is going and making sure that I am happy with it.

(LB09112020) I contacted PP for help & advice on how best to invest my pension pot. The PP team were excellent, in particular Sanjoy Sen and Beth. Sanjoy was incredibly patient in explaining things and never pressured me in terms of products or timescales but kept in touch at reasonable intervals throughout the lockdown.

I have always had a quick response from The Pension Planner team. The video link meetings I have had with Shane worked very well and he has explained things in a very clear and concise way. Having had several financial and pension advisors in the past and been charged large fees without any real value. I can honestly say Pension Planner stand out over and above anyone else I have spoken to in the past. Shane Kao came to visit my wife and me at our home. He was able to offer advice on both pension and financial investments without any immediate obligation. He was extremely helpful, honest and friendly. More importantly happy to spend time to explain our options and ensured we fully understood the risk and benefits. It was several months before we finally decided to act on Shane’s advice, not once did he push us to make changes until we were comfortable to do so. We will be using the Pension Planner team in the future to ensure we have ongoing and updated advice.
So thank you Shane and to Beth who works closely with Shane. She has ensured that we were kept informed on progress throughout the process, guided us through the documentation we needed to approve and fed back valuable updates from the external pension investment companies. hi my name is Anthony, i first contacted a website called unbiased as there is so many financial advisers out there,some good and some not so, but how would you know. so within 2 days Steve Hodder from the Pension Planner called me . After a lengthy discussion with Steve i decided to go with them as all relevent questions i wanted answering was done including costs (hence which many dont tell you). i was referred to Nicolas Pratt to see me through the process. to cut a long story short ,i was given advice by True potential and the pension has been transferred at the end of June no problems, Nick always keeps you in the picture whats going on any any relevent information required. If you want to transfer your pension give the Pension Planner a ring ,they are truly a professional company which you can trust every step of the way.
