I love everything about TPJ, especially the jeans. Comfortable is an understatement.

I made my first purchase with TPJ six months ago and what an experience. The first time the fabric touched my skin, I thought "Whoa, this is different!" The fit is amazing. The customer service is superior. And my nuts ... well, they are thankful. I am so in love with TPJ that I've thrown away all my other jeans and kahkis.

The team has been responsive and kind and understanding. Customer service is top notch! I will forever be a customer!

The people that make The Perfect Jeans are perfect. They make jeans better than the Oompa Loompa's make chocolate but the TPJ PEOPLE are real. Their customer service people actually take time to correspond with their fans like moi….!

Literally the best jeans I have ever owned. Once you start buying, you won’t stop.

Love the jeans I ordered as a gift for my son in law! Customer service response to a question was amazingly quick and courteous! Great apparel with awesome customer service! Thank you

I’ve been buying jeans from this company now for a couple of months the jeans fit exactly like they’re supposed to and if there’s a problem like I’m goofed up one time and ordered the wrong size instantaneous acceptance to be able to send it back and exchange it for the size that I needed. These guys are wonderful to work with, and they have an excellent product!

The clothing I’ve purchased for my husband has been perfect. If I have any questions, I send a message or email and get a very fast response with a super nice Customer Service rep. I always enjoy dealing with this company.

Great jeans and great customer service. I can’t recommend this company high enough. I will continue to be a customer.

Easy to order.. great communication. Reasonable pricing and most of all one exceptional fit!!!!

Always fun banter with TPJ! I'm a cheapskate so keep the sales and discounts coming! A customer rewards loyalty program would be a good perk for your regular customers! Just saying!

TPJ has the most awesome customer service! Not to mention the fantastic clothes!

Easy to deal with. Customer service is great and the product is unmatched. The most comfortable jeans you will ever own.

Was able to get a response to an email in a very short time. They understood my issue and able to give a great customer service satisfaction response . The pants are great but customer service is missing these days and nice to see some companies see the importance

Life gets in the way of simple things like returning/exchanging when clothes don't fit right. I was ready to leave TPJ and go elsewhere. With direct help from Kim and Cheska I not only stayed with TPJ, I changed my outlook about what great customer service looks like. TPJ has the 'right' people in the 'right' roles and, because of this, I'll probably be a TPJ lifer! Thank you!!

Love these jeans and kahkis. The look as good as they feel.

Great product and quality, design, variations. Great marketing and great customer service and interaction.

Shipment was missing when I contacted the company they responded quickly and within 2 days I received a delivery notification. Thank you.

Best pair of jeans I own. Customer services is off the charts too!
