I ordered two pairs of jeans but only received one. They did not fit like the way they are presented on the website either, more bell bottom than skinny leg. I've have sent three emails to customer care to tell them I'm missing one pair, never received a response and looking for return information. No response, even though they did respond to one of my email, so I know they are there.
Very disappointed considering I'm paying $200 a pair with fees and taxes

I buy these jeans for my son. He competes in strongman competitions so he has body dimensions that are a little difficult to fit, especially in the thigh area. These jeans are nice and stretchy so they allow him to be comfortable and to look nice

I have ordered jeans here in the past. This time, a pair in my order arrived and unfortunately did not fit like they should. Customer service jumped so quickly into action to see that I received a new pair immediately. It is rare to deal with this level of attention these days. The Perfect Jean is the best. I love every pair and they assure the customer is satisfied! BRAVO!

This company makes jeans for my hard to fit son, and they are very responsive. They are quite humorous also...I enjoy any correspondence from them. Keep up the good work!

These guys have it figured out. I’ve been a Jeans guy for more years than I care to think about from $29 all the way to $350. These fit the best of all. If you haven’t yet give them a try. You will agree with me I’m sure.

The Perfect Jean NYC is the BEST, for both product and service. When you have an issue, they fix it - but in my case the issue was self-made. I ordered too large a size and they immediately made sure I could get the size that fit while making it super easy to send the larger pair back.

Pants needed a return. Done easily. No hassles, no nonsense. Return instructions received immediately and the process using Happy Returns is the best. Whole process including your shipment of replacement product and actual return drop-off was completed in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate your great customer service.

The TPJ Website failed to include the offered 15% Discount at Check-out, and the TPJ CSR addressed that situation quickly, professionally and competently... and the difference was credited back to my account without any problems! Yay!

Customer service is exceptional. They are helping me find the exact fit for me. All of my questions were answered completely and answered very quickly. This is what we used to receive from places like Nordstrom.
