The company was going to issue a 20% discount for my next purchase. But instead it went ahead and applied the discount to a big order I just made today! I am shocked and excited and impressed, and I want more of The Perfect Jean. All other brands are being actively retired in my closet, pair by pair. Best fitting jeans ever.

The made everything right in a difficult situation.

Great support when needed - very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomended!

Lost count of how many items I've ordered from them but they have good jeans and great customer service

The easiness of making returns makes dealing with them very easy and customer service is very responsive.

Great jeans, my 6th pair. Fantastic customer service!

My first pair of jeans were to big. Exchange is in the works. Material is very good. The t shirt material and fit is excellent as well.

Best pair of jeans ever!
Really like the material that stretches with every move!
Great Job TPJ!

Absolutely love a company who stands behind their products; it speaks volumes above what words can say. This company is professional and friendly and will go above and beyond to help their customers! Thanks a million! I know my so will love these for his birthday!

This product is exactly what they say it is. Very soft and comfortable. Shipping was fast and customer service was excellent. Ordering was easy and they have a lot of color options to choose from as well as sizes. I highly recommend these guys and their products. Just remember to go a size down. Lol. They weren't kidding. Ill be buying more!

The jeans are comfortable and fit well. As good as the jeans are, the customer service is better. World class. I can’t say enough good things. Great job!

Not my first order from The Perfect Jeans Company, and they still deliver. Bought two pairs; great fit and quality. I requested a discount after purchase, and they applied it right away. Excellent customer service and care. Five stars.

Love a company that has an office that is responsive to the customer service emails!

A professional and responsible company.
Great product. Worth every penny.

Awesome quality of clothes and even better customer service.

Barbie was quick to respond to my question and situation. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Barbie exhibited excellent customer service skills by listening to my problem, and then provided a fair and thorough solution. TPJ is doing things right, and really do out the customer first. I will definitely continue to purchase jeans from TPJ!

The customer service is the best. They always exceed my expectations.

I definitely recommend this company and product the contact with this company is easy and with a quick response to any problems! I ordered twice from tpj and the delivery was wick and jeans are perfect but I recommend ordering a size down

I ordered two pairs of jeans but only received one. They did not fit like the way they are presented on the website either, more bell bottom than skinny leg. I've have sent three emails to customer care to tell them I'm missing one pair, never received a response and looking for return information. No response, even though they did respond to one of my email, so I know they are there.
Very disappointed considering I'm paying $200 a pair with fees and taxes
