Always responsive and reasonable with offers.

This company has THE BEST jeans that I’ve ever tried and absolutely amazing and quick customer service!! Once you try their jeans you will never buy another pair from any other company. The jeans are soft, fit perfectly, and stretch in the best way possible, I can’t say enough good things about this company (and I’m not a friend of anyone in the company)!!! Seriously, just buy a pair and you’ll love it!

Great company my experience with them and the customer satisfaction person was execellent. I will continue to give them my business,

Excellent customer service .

Customer service got back to me quickly and shipped out a replacement right away. I love this company's jeans and I'm so glad that they have quality customer service as well.

Great customer service that was very responsive and professional.

I have been wearing The Perfect Jeans for over a year now. They are soft to the touch and mostly fit well. Even in Southwest Florida I wear these jeans every day and find them very comfortable.customer service is par excellence. They respond immediately to solve any problems.

The customer service I've received has been EXCELLENT!
Back story: 2 years ago I ordered 1 jeans for my son and it was the PERFECT fit!!! My son hates wearing jeans bc of their roughness and all around constricting nature. But he does love this jeans. Last year I ordered 2 more of the same style and size. For some reason the fit was larger.
I reached out to customer service and they've been patiently working with me to find the correct fit for my son. They've made me feel heard and important. I'm not just a number.
THANK YOU!!! Pls do not change this type of service. It truly is valuable.

Not only are these my favorite jeans ever, but when I (one time) received a damaged pair, customer service very helpfully and promptly sent me a replacement.

Very helpful. Fabulous jeans but too long. Helped me resolve it all with a very fair outcome

The jeans came in a timely manner. I received an email regarding the shipping and their help was great!!You have a great website that is easy to order. My husband loves the jeans!! You will hear from us again! Thank you!

I’m difficult to fit , but after several returns I found the correct size and they fit beautifully. Returns and replacements were speedy and hassle free. Customer service is super responsive and very accommodating. The quality is great and so is the price!
