Jade at The Perfume Shop was excellent. She offered good advice and her customer service was really professional. She gift wrapped the bottles for us as well as providing an excellent service

Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. I came in for a specific product that unfortunately wasn’t in stock, however this was no bother as ordering it into store was swift and hassle free. I ordered on a Saturday and it was available the following Monday. In store I was greeted by Jade whose customer service was excellent, she was kind, professional and very easy going.
