Yusuf was an absolute star today. I wasn't sure what perfume i wanted but knew the type of scent I wanted. Yusuf was amazing in getting the perfect scents for me. Will definitely be coming back.

Was extremely helpful and accommodating, we were constantly asking to smell multiple different perfume and he did it all without a fuss. And helped us secure discount through good sales tactics I have to admit .

What makes my experience great from the perfume shop is: The delivery service is great, I love the communication between the customer and the team. That is a must when communicating with the customer. To me the service is excellent. Some of the parfum can be a bit pricey. But if you want it, and you love it. Then it must be worth it. I'm happy with the products I purchase from the perfume shop. Whether it's from the shop or online. I normally buy online. But if I buy from the perfume shop. It's always the large shop in the Bullring centre in Birmingham West Midlands. Thanks for the good service you provide both instore and online.
