Yusuf was an absolute star today. I wasn't sure what perfume i wanted but knew the type of scent I wanted. Yusuf was amazing in getting the perfect scents for me. Will definitely be coming back.

Ahmed was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming very friendly. He was very patient with us and listened to what we needed and delivered with excellence fragrances that matched what we asked for. He was quick on job and so pleasant to work with. Thank you again Ahmed for you help, we will be coming to you to buy again. Great employee and great guy.

Went into the bullring shop not in…
Went into the bullring shop not in Superdrug but the one next to The Body Shop at around 18:40pm on 12/02/26 and the woman working there was so so RUDE. Her behaviour towards me was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The only question I asked as a customer was “excuse me?” And before I could say anything further, she stared at me for a second looked up and down, rolled her eyes and said “cant you see im doing something”. I was so stunned to speak any further and mind you she wasn’t serving no other customers and after I looked at her all shocked she said “go speak to him” and pointed at the other guy working there. Absolutely disgusted and for sure wont be stepping into The Perfume Shop anymore. You would think why sales of this shop have dropped, its probably the behaviour of the staff towards customers especially after being such a loyal customer as i always buy all my friends and family perfumes from The Perfume Shop. Literally went there to buy the Jean Paul perfume for my husband for Valentines day but there are plenty other shops to buy that from. Wont ever spend my money on The Perfume Shop anymore just because of the behaviour of this woman today, customer service is awful and absolutely diabolical

I had such a great experience at this perfume shop! katai was so friendly and helpful and made choosing a fragrance easy and enjoyable. I bought Versace gift set and I absolutely love it, smells amazing and lasts a long time. She was wonderful, we had such a lovely conversation about how good the perfume is and how highly she recommends it. I loved the energy and the customer service.
