Ordered aftershave yesterday as a Xmas present,perfume shop said on line items were available so I arranged click & collect from the perfume shop in Birmingham BullRing,payment was taken from my debit card and they said they would let me know when my item was ready to be picked up.I just made the journey into Birmingham City Centre so I was there ready to pick the item up,I now just received an email saying my item has been cancelled and a refund will be given.This is absolutely poor unprofessional customer service,I will no longer be using the perfume shop again.

Hamaad was really attentive and helpful soon as we arrived in store. I was in two minds about what fragrance to buy and he did not rush me or make me feel pressured at all. I ended up making two purchases with the way he made me feel

Wahaab helped me select perfume for my partners birthday which he absolutely loves and gets compliments on everyday! And he helped me a second time when I was looking for a gift for my friends graduation!! Lovely experience! Thank you sooo muchh

I placed my order yesterday and that is pickup express in 30 minutes but i did not received any confirmation mail for pickup and now its like 12 hours.

The items were easy to select

Elizabeth offered exceptional service ,she listened and advised and took the time to give Lexie a shopping experience that has made memories .
Unfortunately there are not enough sales staff these days that stand out like Elizabeth ,be proud .

I came in with my cousin to help pick a perfume for a gift for my Friend. Hamaad helped us pick the perfect perfume for our friend. He was really kind and attentive and listen to our needs. He has a great sense of humour and great sales person.

It was a long process ordering the desired perfume then to be told they would have to order it for me online. The sales assistant shared that it was a 100ml bottle then when looking at the email confirmation the size was 25ml. When trying to contact the store nobody answered got through to customer services saying they couldn’t help. Not a great experience at all.

Hamaad has been incredible today. He was patient and knowledgable and super friendly. Thank you!

We were served by Hamaad. He is truly an asset to the store. He was super helpful, kind and attentive. He went through our needs and we ended up purchasing a £100+ perfume which we never knew we needed, smells amazing!! He gave top tier recommendations too!

I came in today with a few friends and hamad was helping us out. He was very kind and accommodating and looked after us so well!! We ended up buying a perfume from his recommendation. :)
