We've been served on level 2 by Carla and she was great! Helped us to pick the right gift and assisted with the 20% discount. She gift wrapped the aftershave into a lovely packaging. Highly recommend the service

I popped by the perfume shop looking for a gift for my partner, there's a lot of choice and can be overwhelming if your not a fragrance fanatic, I spoke with a lady called Holly who was knowledgeable with the scents and great at recommending difference perfumes.

On this occasion, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted and served by Diane; she was ever so warm, friendly and helpful in helping me decide on a fragrance. Her knowledge of scent profiles and saintly patience made both shopping the best deal of my signature favourite, and looking for a new fragrance to try, a delight. Her enthusiasm for helping really went a long way. I can’t recall an experience of shopping here that hasn’t left me feeling uplifted - thanks to the brilliant standard of customer service that she, and her fellow colleagues at this store, consistently give. A big thank you and credit to Diane, and all at the Derby store!
