Visited today to buy aftershave for my grandson and once again Kes was outstanding!
He is very knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive to customers needs and goes above and beyond to give incredible services.
He is a great ambassador for the brand, and I would highly recommend a visit to this store.

Delivery on time which is so important. The only thing I would recommend is adding a safe place In case I am not at home

My friend and I popped in prior to seeing mamma mia at the Playhouse. We were served by the delightful Callie. This young girl could not have been more helpful! We ended up spending over £300 between us due to this lovely girl suggesting items for our loved ones, spraying testers etc. she then wrapped up our gifts and we chose personalised ribbons. We could not be happier at the service we received and we shall be back soon. Give this girl a bonus as she deserves it! Thank you Callie

On Thursday 20th November I went to the store at St James Quarter in Edinburgh and a member of staff called Anand helped me, she was very polite and helpful and her customer service was very good.. I will definitely be going back.

His knowledge of fragrances is impressive he effortlessly explains notes, families, and how different scents evolve on the skin.
What really sets Paul apart, though, is his warm and friendly manner. He makes you feel completely at ease while exploring options, never rushing and always listening to what you’re looking for.
