Elaine was brilliant
Elaine was brilliant! I told her a small mix of previous fragrances ive worn and was after something along those line but a bit different. She picked out 3 really nice scents that matched what I was after perfectly. Elaine was extremely friendly and made what can sometimes feel like an awkward experience feel very natural and welcoming.

Elaine is such a wonderful person. She is always very pleasant and goes the extra mile to help. I have been at the store twice in less than 3 weeks because of her impeccable customer service. She sure likes her job!

Top tier customer experience
I went in to purchase an aftershave and had a great experience, Esther went out of her way to ensure I had a good experience and wrapped my gift perfectly and the personalised ribbon was really the finishing touch, customer service was perfect. I’ll definitely be returning.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff
I've never been to this shop before and was feeling a bit out of my depth, a very friendly staff member came over to me and helped me choose out a leaving gift for a colleague, she was really patient, approachable, and knowledgeable, and helped me decide on what to buy. It was just a super lovely and efficient customer service experience!
