Knowledgeable and friendly staff
I've never been to this shop before and was feeling a bit out of my depth, a very friendly staff member came over to me and helped me choose out a leaving gift for a colleague, she was really patient, approachable, and knowledgeable, and helped me decide on what to buy. I came in to buy my mum a mother day gift and was greeted by Ester at your Hanley store. She was fantastic. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just a lovely soul to interact with. If we had more Esther’s in the world it would be a far better place.
