went into the perfume shop today, was looking for the perfect perfume for my girlfriend. i received exceptional service from callum who was so knowledgable on the various perfumes, and so personable. will definitely be returning in future.

I had a great experience shopping here
I had a great experience shopping here. The store has a fantastic selection of perfumes, and everything was well presented. A huge thanks to Callum, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, made some excellent recommendations, and never made me feel pressured. His customer service really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality fragrances and excellent service.

Olivia at new bridge was so hepful
Had such a great time at the new bridge store . Olivia was so cheerful and so lovely . Also very patient I must. She showed me different fragrances. I finally got something amazing thanks to her recommendation . Money well spent I must say. Will definitely visit again .
