Exceptional Customer Service from Rihanna – Truly the Best Experience!
I genuinely cannot put into words how amazing Rihanna was at The Perfume Shop in Ilford. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She spent so much time helping us without ever making us feel rushed or like we were being difficult, which honestly made the whole experience so enjoyable.
Her knowledge and recommendations were incredible — every perfume she suggested was absolutely amazing and suited us perfectly. You can tell she’s genuinely talented at what she does and really cares about giving customers the best experience possible.
Customer service like this is rare nowadays, and Rihanna completely exceeded expectations. She’s an absolute credit to the store, and because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much again!

It’s also worth noting that fragrance performance can vary depending on several factors, such as whether the perfume is an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette, your skin chemistry, climate, and even long-term use. Sometimes it’s also possible to become “nose blind” to certain scents over time this is a natural sensory response where familiar smells become harder to detect.

Incredible service
I had amazing service from Rahbail. She was incredibly patient and helpful as I was unsure as I had to shop for Christmas presents. She left it behind the counter as I had to come back the next day, where Christina served me. She was super helpful with everything and did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping. Would definitely recommend and come back if this is the customer experience you get.
