On arrival at Ilford shop Ishmael was very attentive. I was so indecisive on what I wanted to buy. He was so patient, friendly,and his honesty was on point. It’s also worth noting that fragrance performance can vary depending on several factors, such as whether the perfume is an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette, your skin chemistry, climate, and even long-term use. Sometimes it’s also possible to become “nose blind” to certain scents over time this is a natural sensory response where familiar smells become harder to detect.
If you’d like us to investigate further, we’d be happy to do so. Please reach out to our customer service team via our website and provide:
- A photo of the packaging and base of the bottle (including the batch code)
- Your receipt
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., if the scent fades quickly, smells different, or causes a reaction)
