Aarze, Rihanna and Rabail from The Perfume shop, Inside shopping exchange Ilford, have always been great in attending to my queries and assistance. Such a helpful and positive people. I forgot the name of the beautiful lovely lady who wrapped 3 perfumes for me today. She did it so artistically and skillfully. Best wishes you guys :)

(Ilford branch)

The perfume smells very nice 😍

I had amazing service from Rahbail. She was incredibly patient and helpful as I was unsure as I had to shop for Christmas presents. She left it behind the counter as I had to come back the next day, where Christina served me. She was super helpful with everything and did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping. Would definitely recommend and come back if this is the customer experience you get.

Great customer service with patience by Ishmael, keep up the great work!

We were served by Rianna today and she was so so wonderful, really nice and well informed on product knowledge, she was also generally lovely to chat to, really inviting sweet girl. She also gift wrapped so nicely for me, give that girl a raise!!

Rabail is an outstanding sales assistant! I gave her a brief, she presented exactly what I asked for. 10 out of 10!
