I went to the Leicester highcross store today and was helped by a lady called Sumayya who was very helpful and kind :)

Came into the Leicester shop today to purchase a gift, unsure what i wanted but was served by Cara who provided great knowledge of the products.

All round great service

Lily was great in assistance and she helped me select the best product within my budget range . I am extremely impressed by her services and the product as a whole .

Jasleen customer service was absolutely great, Suggested best perfumes for us and that made us buy two YSL ones at the end. Thanks for all the good work 👏

After visiting the Highcross Leicester store on Tuesday I would highly recommend going, Cara served me and she was so polite, helpful and friendly! Not very often do you receive such good customer service but she made my purchase such an easy experience 10/10
